Ive been here for about 7 months now and I waited to write my review to give an accurate experience of living here. So far its been great .
Heres what I like - The area is quiet and I never have trouble with my neighbors . The apartment layout is pretty decent. Cable and internet is included in the rent through spectrum. Theres only been one time so far since I needed maintenance and they responded pretty quick, actually the repair was done under 24 hours . Very pleased. I never have too hard of a time getting a hold of the office . The pool is very nice luxury style and they are currently remodeling the gym. The apartment complex is right by a shopping center which is also in walking distance
However, theres just a couple minor things. The parking gets very tight because majority of the spots are made for compact cars, so it causes bigger cars to squeeze in .I had to resort to covered parking. Rent is a bit high, but it isnt easy finding anything cheaper in this area.
So overall my experience has been great and I would recommend anyone looking to live here do so. Very pleased with the complex and management

Renewed my lease because I love the location, amenities and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. The pool is my absolute favorite!
