I lived here about a year ago only for about 6 months and did not renew. It was convenient to the highway and to downtown and all the stuff going on on S Congress but the complex itself is definitely older with a motel vibe to it. The apartment itself has cheap fixtures and could use updating. Not too bad though.
Never get an amazon package again. The staff is never here and then when they are they can't find it. Also, roaches and syringes...

Me and my husband recently moved here and we LOVE it. The location is awesome the area of the apartments is extremely quite and peaceful. Close to everything you need... Easy access to highways to get to work, everyone here are so friendly and polite. We were worried about having our child here, 2 months away from having our bundle of joy anf i couldn't be more confident that he will never have any issues or as parents be worried about anything. Thank you so much for the opportunity to live in these apartments.

This is our first time living in apartments I really love this location it is very quiet, friendly people lots of dogs ... They keep the property clean all the time I always see the maintenance men working ... I did have a little issue with the home and the maintenance men took care of it in a heartbeat.

Worst property that I have ever had the misfortune of living at. I can honestly say I despise this property. Horrible management and terrible maintenance. Way overpriced for the small and under maintained space that it is. Move here only if you want to be robbed of your $400 admin fee ($800 if you move in with a pet) and then billed for any spec of dust found in your apartment once you move out. Management is extremely rude and unfriendly and very hands-off. They never notify residents of any construction, landscaping, etc. that happens which may affect residents. They never give notice when entering your apartment, either. Pretty sure that is required by law, but I'm no lawyer. I wish I could break my lease and move out of this place. I regret moving here every single day. Would not suggest this place to my worst enemy.

Sequina, the new management woman is quite rude, and often does not follow up with residents. Building (Roscoe Properties denied Google Fiber Install) is often loud with barking dogs.
