Live Make Apartments offers studio, one, two, and three-bedroom apartment homes in the heart of Austin, Texas. Designed for creative, connected living, the community features loft-style layouts, modern kitchens and baths, contemporary finishes, washer and dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and select homes with patios or balconies.
Residents enjoy elevator access, ample free on-site parking, planned community activities, a community kitchen with meals, community garden space, and a unique on-site art gallery and ceramic studio through our partnership with Imagine Arts. Live Make is also conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and everyday destinations within walking distance.
Live Make is a pet-friendly, smoke-free community with 24-hour maintenance and online rent payment available. Pet fees are $300 per pet, with a maximum of two pets per home and a 50 lb. weight limit. Residents are responsible for electric, water, and sewer. Optional services include internet, cable, and phone.
Application fees apply. The reservation fee converts to the security deposit after move-in, is refunded if denied, and is forfeited if canceled.
