Requirements: Gross monthly income must be at least 3x the monthly rent. Applicants must have zero evictions or formal eviction filings on record. 12 months of verifiable rental history, This property requires 6 months of employment with current employer. If the tenant cannot meet this criteria, this will result in a security deposit equal to 2 months rent. A credit score of 620 or above is required for approval. Applicants who do not meet requirements may still be considered, but will require an increased security deposit equal to two (2) months' rent.
