Marks Church Commons was the first apartment complex that I have had to interact with. It is near the Augusta Exchange where you can find a variety of stores and restaurants. I was on a slim timeframe and was able to get all the paperwork signed and moved in within a couple of days thanks to the assistant manager Holly Walden. She was very supportive through every step of the way, and effectively responded to any questions or concerns I had. With that being said, I can't think of a single complaint about my time living here.

The apartments are nice but the office does not take any security measures for their tenants. My vehicle was broken into twice, as well as other tenants. We used to have a courtesy officer at the apartment, but that was short lived. The only thing they would say abt the burglaries and people snooping around the parking lot, was to lock your vehicles. But even with us locking our vehicles and not leaving anything of value inside, we were still subject to being burglarized. I notified the officeworkers on a couple occasions, as well as other tenants. Even asked why they didnt or would not consider cameras?! You pay a pretty decent amount to live in those apartments, with no type of security or even a care of the things that happen at the apartments. But they have a deer camera pointed in front of the dumpster. This was the reason I decided to move
