The only main pro to this place are some of the amenities and the space. You have no real privacy being the wall are so thin you can hear EVERYTHING as well as management walked in my place and didn't know it wasn't vacate. I have been having issues with this place since we've been here air condition stop working, issues with the tubs, doors and etc. The payment system is the worst only it's always down and is only available during hours of the office so if you work late and have to pay your rent you will have an issue. Of course they aren't willing to my accommodations for their issues with their system. Apartments need to be more modern everything is very cheap in the unit. A few cars have had their window broken for theft. Outside solicitors come in and leave things at your door. Neighbors above have been having issue since with moved in so police have been here a few times. I could go on but you get the point def seek other options before you decide to put up with the issues you will have here.

BUYER BEWARE! This is a gated community that is consistently targeted by crooks! Tires are stolen off of vehicles in the middle of the night - despite there being cameras on the property that conveniently never working. Car windows are broken to gain entrance into the vehicles to search for items to steal. Apartments are broken into. In spite of all of these robberies the owner and management company has still made no effort to take steps to make their residents feel safe and secure! DO NOT MOVE HERE

They took my security deposit after I spent money replacing what was on their checkout list and 5 years later they STILL have my number in the call box on the gate. I get calls once a week from people trying to get in. No one responds or picks up the phone at the office to fix the problem. I lived here two years and it is the absolute worst.
