Inman Park Neighborhood Summary

Inman Park is known as one of the loveliest and most pedestrian-friendly neighborhoods in Atlanta. It was the city’s first streetcar suburb, giving the neighborhood a lovely historic streak. There are many hundred-year-old houses and old trees that make the neighborhood a pleasure to look at. This neighborhood also has some amazing restaurants, including – as one Yelp review puts it – “the best gourmet pizza in Atlanta.” It has also become known for its artsy attitude and galleries. Every Spring this area hosts the Inman Park Festival, a lovely weekend gathering that includes a parade, open-air market, great food stands, home tours, and various other events. Boasting two parks and many lovely homes, this neighborhood is quiet, but certainly not boring.
