It's an apartment complex, there are a lot of complexes with the exact same layout as this. The management is slower than molasses when it comes to making repairs in the units, and they've been remodeling the gym for a year, when they originally stated "only a couple months"

Wouldn't even give one star to be perfectly honest. My girlfriend subleased for the summer from here. Not soon after moving, the apartment under hers gets it's door kicked in. They need better parking lot lighting. We refuse to use the laundry room because of the putrid smell of a dead rat in there. They tried to tell her to move out a week before she actually signed to move out and when questioned they didn't have decent enough documentation of even the actual leaser before finally complying. They don't have a mock room to actually show you what the apartment looks like. Bedroom doors in the apartment don't lock from the outside. Toilet barely flushes and screeches when it does. I can go on and on. The real kicker is when they came into my girlfriend's room and demanded to know whether the stuff downstairs was hers (it was, she had boxes downstairs because she is moving in two days) and demanded she put it in boxes (it was already in boxes, great to see they do their research) and put them upstairs (to which we would have to bring back downstairs to get ready to move) and said they would charge $300 if she left them (under what pretense? using space that is hers to get ready to move?) and that it was bothering her roommate (who she wasn't told would actually live there) of whom we already informed that it was temporary and will be fixed in a couple days. So I don't recommend renting from these doorknobs who barge into your space only after a half second knock and demand you on how to use your space otherwise being charged a ridiculous amount on a unrighteous demand and for a not even decent apartment.
