This place is the worst apartment complex I have ever dealt with. First they give us the wrong layout and we ask them to put us in the correct one. They agreed and said it would be ready in a week. Now they are saying 30 days!!! We also found drugs in our apartment and they act like they dont even care!! So think twice before coming here cause all they want is your money.

I might be taking a risk considering that i still have 6 months left to live here, but out of all the apartments i have rented in this area, this one has the worst bug/rodent problem. I have come in more times to report that i have an infestation of bugs than I have to pay my rent. I feel like I am paying for a very sorry extermination company that is part of the rent that I pay each month because nothing has helped the bugs other than the traps I set myself or the spray I constantly have to buy. I have heard of others going in the office to report mice and I'd rather see that than the worst case of bugs I have dealt with. There is no way that a single 21 year old woman like myself that moved in with 100% new furniture all throughout my house can have a bug problem without there being an underlying issue.
I love this apartment complex because of the dog park, pool, zen room, work out room and all but I can't even feel good having people over because i am nervous that the bugs that I am controlling are coming out again.. I need to move and get out of this place so that my son doesn't get sick. Don't move here unless you are willing to risk having bugs.

Those whom say they lived her for years and are happy with this place has to be lieing I moved here in oct of 2017 . As they remodel . .Im not one for doing this. Yet the truth needs to be said. I am a respectable person and need a respectable place to live. Is is not IT!!!! As they fool me.. Know pool to play in .. Although it looks nice . They leave it open all winter and close it for the summer. Cant pass inspection i guess. Alway have to threaten to get our a/c working . what if the Elec works around here. And police are called all the time here . Manager and office run from you when u have proplem saw some bugs and they never came to spay awareing they did.. . Just an aweful place to live.This maybe a lease i have to break..

Management is Awesome he works with you if u have any issues . I havent had any issues I been here two months and I love it, plenty of parking nice clean parking no towing. Im so happy I chose my first apt here in Arlington very wise decision..

This is the worst place Ive ever lived. Weve been out of power for more than two days now and have lost all our food. Now management has threatened me when I asked them to cover the food loss. They threatened to violate me with the animals I have had since day one here more than four years now. The place is roach infested and were charged for pest control we dont get. It took them over 6 months to change a running kitchen faucet. I wouldnt recommend the places to anyone.the management has changed hands 4 times in the past two years.
I have lived here for 3 years and have never been happier. The maintenance guy fixes anything wrong and the new office staff is always friendly & helpful

This place is horrible. They have rats and roaches and will do nothing about it. I had no water in the kitchen for almost a month and they could not find the cause untill I showed them the water line the rats had chewed. I had water pouring into my apartment from a different apartment upstairs and they took a week to fix the problem. Now after giving notice to move they are trying to sue me for 1800. I would never move here if I was you. The staff, maintanace and everyone there is horrible. Worse place I ever lived.

Day 1: A man tried to open our door 2 hours after we moved everything in. This man had jumped from a balcony and the police and ambulance had to come remove him. He died at the hospital from injuries.
Neighbors: Mostly quiet, despite the fights that require slamming people into doors and breaking things in the walkway. Oh and kids who throw footballs at cars.
Management : HORRIBLE!!!!!! We have had many managers! I moved in after the new company took over the property. Many promises were made prior to moving in from Bobby who is over several properties. We get here and the apartment they told us, was not ours. We had our mail forwarded to the wrong apartment because they failed to tell us the address change until I was signing the lease. The current management is extremely hateful and will tell you she has a million things to do and that you need to come back later. Extremely unprofessional.
Property: For the price, not worth it. We are supposed to have a fitness room, yet a year later we don't have one. We are supposed to have 3 wonderful pools, they aren't open. We are supposed to have someone change filters, you have to do it yourself if you ask for the filter. Oh and if you hate ROACHES, don't live here! As soon as our neighbor moved, they all of a sudden appeared like crazy. Doesn't help that 2 apartments near us, are being used to hold extra appliances from units which carry new hungry roaches. They never spray either, despite asking. It's the worst. Oh and the playground they're "going to build", a year in the making I guess. As for water, randomly it's not working and we went a week with no hot water at all.
Cost: NOT WORTH IT!!!
If you have other options, don't live here. Save yourself the headache!

I have lived here for a little over 4 months and I hate it. The staff is very helpful and the renovations are very nice, but my apartment is infested with water bugs and mice, and I have caught up to 3 mice within the last month. Very disappointed that I signed a year lease and wishing it wasn't so expensive to break the lease.

I gave them 2 stars just because of the staffs; otherwise, I might give them 1 star. Even though they do change their managers often & but at least when I talk to them, they listen. They do send contractors to fix problems in my apartment. However, contractors are not really helpful. The family living above me is very noisy, especially at night. I told office but seems like they didn't take any action to warn them. They're still noisy as hell, even at 1 am. Because of them, I can't stand anymore & will move out after my contract ends. Additionally, one more reason that I will move out is the laundry room. From what I see, there are 2 laundry rooms in this complex. Both of them are VERY VERY VERY DIRTY. Dirty floor, water & even roaches stuck inside the machines. So gross :(( I never ever want to even put my clothes in neither one of the machines. Since the time I moved in, on July 2016, I've had to take my clothes to the nearby coin laundry and it's inconvenient. That's why I'm moving out.

The door for entry and exit never works, and before signing the agreement and said it will be a sticker for parking, how the gates open by phone, all lie, chief manager and her assistants who are changed every 2 weeks. People they are doing the maintenance and repairs I have no idea what to do and what to do. And yes, if someone comes and the gate is accidentally closed you have to go to the other side of the apartment to open the stupid card door and visitors must park on the other side because there is no parking for visitors. Mostly not recommend anyone day life here

I Have lived here for two years and I love the staff. They are extremely willing to help with any problems and will hurry to send maintaince to your apartment. The goal for this place is to make the residents happy. The new Manager Christina has been there for awhile as an assistant and just moved up.....this lady is the best..the sweetest lady I have ever meet. To sum it up....the rent is affordable, great location, no noise at all, quiet/peaceful and excellent staff. FIVE THUMBS UP!!!!!
