I have renewed my lease because by far is one of the best apartments I have leased. Office staff is awesome, NO ROACHES OR RATS in my Apartment! Maintenance is always available at any time for emergencies... I do recommend these apartments!!

DO NOT MOVE IN UNLESS YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH ROACHES. When we first inspected the house there were dead roaches in the kitchen and bathroom cabinets. We were assured that it would be bombed and sprayed. However, the people that come to exterminate the place don't do a thorough job and roaches were seen DAILY. Seeing dead roaches should of been our clue to leave but we were first time renters so we didn't knew what to do. The first few weeks was horrible, we saw a clear sack burst and baby bugs overflowed from it. So disgusting. Onetime we left and came back to roaches in the pet bowl and scatter away when the lights turned on. Living through these conditions made me more of a clean freak. I was so scared of having roaches crawl over my kitchenware and appliances I never used the cabinets and plastic everything. We tried everything to rid of the roaches like being sure to throw away our trash daily, vacuuming frequent, keeping the sink clean and dry, always keeping things sealed, using our personal pest spray, baits, and traps didn't stop the infestation. The number of roaches seen went down as time went on but we always saw about a dozen daily. Later on we realized other tenants also had roach infestations and it was pretty common. There were always notices from the apartment complex that your unit and multiple other surrounding units needed spraying. Another thing I didn't like was that they promoted that the apartment was newly renovated but the kitchen and floor looked poor quality and you could tell they just painted over old wood, holes and such. The kitchen appliances weren't upgraded like they "promised" during move in. In terms of the neighbors there were constant times there would be people outside loud and little kids playing basketball hitting people's cars and at times throwing the ball up high enough to hit the top of the apartment gutters. Later on we suspected there were people doing drugs living near us because I saw syringes laying around the dog park. The house shared vents with surrounding apartments so often times we smelled weed coming from the vents when we would come home. The apartment complex sent out a notice but I doubt they founded the people. The only good things about this apartment complex was that they attended to work orders on time and the workers were nice. And the new management has brought new changes to the complex. I heard from my neighbor that the complex was worst by previous management with them not caring about the tenants and the complex used to been infested with rats and roaches. The new management got rid of the rats but the roaches are still around. This apartment complex has a pretty bad infestation problem. I'm so glad to move out and my new place has no signs of roaches. Also the moving process was difficult because I had to take extra precautions not to transfer the roaches into my new apartment. Pretty exhausting and never again we will deal with this apartment complex.

Only stayed another year here because in 2017 I lost my great-grandmother to a heart attack and I lost my job which caused my husband and I not having enough money for us to go anywhere else. We also found out they will be raising the rent to 785 to 795 depending on when you renew and of course we will not be renewing because the price is not worth it for an studio size apartment more like the cost of a two bedroom, when my husband and I came back from a doctor's appointment Heidi and Andrell came to our door unannounced to do an inspection which an apartment has to give you a notice ahead of time when they need to do an inspection, I had an accident in the bathtub that caused me to go to the emergency room where I almost lost my left eye and they still haven't came in to resurface the bottom of the tub, the oven constantly comes on by itself and when I told maintenance about it they said it was nothing they do, and my biggest pet peeve our air conditioner hasn't been blowing cold air it's 80 degrees in my apartment to the point we have on both celling fans for me to be cool because I'm on antidepressants and one antipsychotic I told maintenance countless of times about our air and they still haven't fixed it properly if you can't fix it get someone else who will I will not be renewing my lease

Awful. The manager smokes pot and protects her dealer that live there. We had to call the police on them from the stench of marijuana. She tried telling us that smoking marijuana in your own home isn't illegal and that even if it was, she couldn't do anything despite the fact that the contract says ilelgal activity is prohibited.

I haven't even moved in to the apartments yet and I regret even applying. Andrell is amazing. Sweet as pie and she has been the only silver lining in the whole experience. Shes the only reason Im giving ANY stars, in addition to how beautiful the apartment is. But Anna! Now that's a different story. When I came to see the apartment she seemed so uninterested. She was on her phone the whole time I was looking at the apartment and I pretty much toured it by myself. I filled out the app AT HER DESK and was called later and told that I missed two pages. WHY DID YOU NOT SEE THAT WHEN I WAS THERE?! She was too busy asking my friend about his camera because she claims she wants to do photography. They then told me my mother had to co-sign because I havent been at my job long enough. Another $75 just to apply but thats nobodys fault so I dont blame that on the office. Also, from the first time I emailed this property, I told them my move in date was 7/1. It wasnt until $300 later that they tell me I have to move in by June 22 because they can only hold my app for a month. Whyyyyy would you encourage me to apply so early if thats the case?! So I got approved but I just called to ask if I can get my deposit back if I dont move in. Anna tells me no, its non refundable. And thats on me if I decide not to move in because theyve been holding the apartment for me. She also said just because we didnt tell you things verbally doesnt mean they werent in writing. You just didnt read it. And I told her my experience has not been pleasant so far and I do not feel welcome and I am frustrated with the miscommunication. She not once apologized or tried to see what she can do to better assist. So from now on, I will only be speaking with Andrell. I was hoping to stay in my next home for at least 4 years but I dont think thatll happen if Annas customer service skills dont improve. She lacks empathy and interest. She seems to not care what Im saying and cuts me off while Im talking. Not to mention there was confusion about what my rate would be. Had I known it would be what it was, I wouldve moved elsewhere or at least kept looking. But Im basically stuck or forfeit $350. Im hoping this experience so far isnt telling me how my entire stay at the Woodlands is going to be because 12 months is a long time. UPDATE Haydi (I could be spelling or saying it wrong) called to acknowledge my unpleasant experience thus far and I really appreciate that. We were also able to come to an agreement that works for both myself and the business. I am pleased with the prompt response and solution. Thank you Haydi and WAK.
