What do you do about it when you can hear you're neighbour's talking and slamming on walls building god knows what at odd hours? It's very uncomfortable and it's more about the lack of privacy, and that's what my review is about, We have talked to the front office about this and they done nothing about it, I think they're solution was to let neighbors know there's a noise complain, which is unfair to us cuz we moved in before we even had neighbor's at all... our unit, use to be an office, with our's and the neighbors unit connected, eventually ours became one unit" at the time the front wasn't a unit,we lived here a very long time and the front wasn't a unit quite yet, before you know it, they moved in people to front of us and we realized pretty quickly that we could hear them talking from our kitchen and into our room. I'd understand if maybe I could only hear my neighbors hanging out outside, talking, drinking etc every now and again, but no this is coming from our kitchen!!! into our bedroom,we don't hear it all the time but when we do it's so loud it will snatch you right outta you're sleep! A big reason for this is part of our apartment goes into theirs, I just don't understand why this is our fault, I don't care how nice it is I'm fed up there's no privacy in this unit!!! I don't even like talking from my kitchen anymore, let's face it I,don't even like going in my kitchen that much anymore, it's so bad that I,sometimes take my food processor to blend things away from the wall in kitchen, knowing my neighbors can hear me, I dunno why I do that for them if they saw and bang at walls at 5a.m. but whatever were unhappy with this unit would love other options for other units, if you're neighbors sawing next to you sounds loud well for us it sounds twice as loud because our unit is part of theirs, we could hear full on conversations if they're in that room, that we've told the front about!! I've rented cheap hotels before, and even there it's more private. I'm very frustrated about this and wonder why no one will listen to us! I have videos of how loud it actually is! I don't blame the neighbors completely, though they should have taken us more serious a long time ago when we told them, you ask what are you suppose to do about it? We ask the same!!! I would like for this to be addressed we want to live here but the circumstances are tough.we've lived here so long. The apartment is nice but this makes us not feel private, or comfortable, we don't wanna sound ungrateful because some people that work here have done anything they can to help but this is just too much to bare! We have lived here since August 2016. We are very happy here. When there are maintenance issues they are addressed in a timely manner. We have no complaints with management. When we moved in Natasha was managing and she was then transferred to another property. We are so happy she is back. Staff is always friendly and easy to deal with. This is a quiet neighborhood. Neighbors are very friendly as well. We also enjoy fishing at Lake Arlington it is so close.

I came into the office today and was sad to see Erica was gone but I am grateful for The new manager Natasha. She addressed my issues right away and was very sweet. I have been happy here. I have had a few hiccups but they have always been taken care of quickly. It's quiet and I feel safe being alone with my daughter. Thank you Natasha for making the change in management so easy. Amanda is already asking if she can come back and see you. I don't see myself leaving anytime soon. Here are my pros and cons Pros Awesome staff Property is beautiful outside and inside New appliances Cute pool Cons Price is high Not a gated community Now a non smoking community (I don't care because I don't smoke but some people might not like it)

I am so happy to have Natasha back as the Manager. She is on point with everything she does. I see her walking every morning to make sure the parking lot is clean. She is so sweet with a smile and the friendliest hello. She is genuine and really cares about her residents. I feel like a family member. Please don't take her away again. Maintenance is fast with repairs. These are pricey but you get what you pay for and I have been very happy with my beautiful home and the customer service I receive. Seriously I recommend this place to anyone especially with Natasha back.

Not to mention the new lady in the office is the nicest lady. Im not sure what her name is but she is definitely the best at her job.

Like, really?! Where's the manners bruh?! They don't even allow people to go swimming, like what the heck? I like the old management better. This apartment sucks!

Under new Mgmt since Feb. they are horrible. I have had termites in my apt since March, they have had one inspector come look at in April and nothing has been done. No communication with me whatsoever. My garbage disposal went out a month ago followed by my dish washer and still hasn't been fixed. I have complained to the apartment managers, put in service calls and internet work orders. I sent a email to the regional office and no one has called me. Next option is to put in a complaint with the city.

My mother and i lived at the villas in the early 1990's. A few years ago my mother decided to move back in as the location is great. However, the place has changed quite a bit over the years. Not as nice as it used to be, and is not kept up as it should be. Every time i went over there the grass needed to be cut, plants and trees overgrown, and the pool and spa are not functioning at this time. I think the hot tub is a flower pot now. I cant believe they were so cheap they couldn't fix the spa or pool. So cheap they employ almost anyone for maintenance, willing to work cheap, speaking english well, or not. Upon signing a lease, we were informed that construction was to start soon to fix the sidewalk and hand rail outside our unit. These should have been fixed years ago but were not. The construction was never started. A year later when i removed her from the property, nothing had changed outside her front door. While visiting my mother, I routinely saw shady looking people in the area, and apparently, the cops are on the property regularly. This complex is a business, a very poorly run and maintained business. Not to mention deceiving.
