While living there the upstairs neighbors apartment caught on fire so when the fire department put the fire out my apartment ended up getting wet and smelled moldy.. the worst part about it was that a day later I got robbed by some neighbors towards the back of the apartments... they denied that they stole from me, even though there were witnesses.. not even the office people or the police do anything to help me to get my things back.

No roaches if u keep your place clean no bugs at all regular pest control comes out gettin new carports new paint new everythin and good price for location quiet area for were its located planted new bushes new school just around the corner close to grocery stores gas station hurricane harbor just around the corner always plenty of parking spots Sixflags close both stadiums walking distance cant beat that for under 950 for 2 bed 2 bath lots of space in apartment to water stays hot for ever love it here office people nice well worth living in and no trash like they sayin in other reviews and most what others sayin thats with any appartment constantly changing managers and property oweners are all diff people and most people that work at an appartment live there thats normal to and for filth if u keep ur own clean no problems and any appartment gives evition a week after rent past due thats reg for anywere its appartment not a house cant be to picky about it and cars have always been parked just fine they have even covered cars for the painting they did i lived at this place in 09 and it was just as good back then as it is now and better then surrounding appartment places for same price most around here want way to much and are not better to live in and are gated wich i think is a waste cause makes it harder to get in and out urself and anyone can still get in anyway and have all apartment do basic cheep renovations people exspect way to much out of appartments budget suits is moled infested bug infested and people pay way more to stay there and there way worse about doin anythin anyone needs done and its so old it shouldnt even be used anymore this place has upgreaded showers and kitchens dishwashers and ive not had one mouse or roach and i have 5 kids maken messes everyday and if there mice or rat or roaches it not the appartments it has to be the tendent not maintaining there own place its not office responsible to keep that away and it would also be all the appartment places in the area not just this one and they all slap fees after move out any appartment place not just this one so if u plan on lookin dont go by review look for urself

Worst apartments ever when I first moved here Kimberly and Amileda was wonderful the grounds were keep up great always neat and clean great customer service never a problem. Now New management has took over they are horrible Latonya has the worst attitude ever she charge you for everything and will slap a eviction notice on your door in a heartbeat. And the outside havent been clean since the old manger left save your money do not lease from her.

Although every tenants' experience is different; to be honest and fair, this place is revolving door for Management (better team, YEAH RIGHT!!!), Maintenance, and with Tenants constantly moving! Which stems up to the Owners. Over-Priced for the conditions and poor so-called Renovations; that have taken place over the past year or so! Henceforth, Management only enforces what they want to enforce. But they don't care about the tenants that are already residing on this property. Lowlife elements and/or tenants or non tenants with cars parked over lines, day and night; with no citations being given. They only focus on getting apartments ready for new tenants. Furthermore, Management hasn't fully staffed the Maintenance crew, so they are being overworked! As for Maintenance, they are partly to blame. Because they don't follow through; nor do they clean up after themselves. Such as leaving sharp objects, like nails laying around; where someone could get seriously injured!
