I lived here for two yrs and just moved out , I stayed an extra year because we had no choice but I was paying 1,300 for a three bedroom and two bath this place had roaches when we first moved in . Then the maintenance man were mixing the freon I'm the a/c units so our a/c was going out all the time for a while . Then the patio door doesn't stay locked , the a/c was leaking really bad in master closet and we kept telling them to come fix it , come fix it , IT TOOK them a MONTH to fix it so then they had to replace the ceiling in closet and bathroom then didn't paint it so it just continued to look unfinished.then our dish washer broke they never dix come fix that , and when you ran your water in the sink in kitchen it would come strait out the wall outside so whatever you put in your disposal came out of the wall they knew about that one day I was in the kitchen and water was coming out and the maintenance man walked by looked at it and kept going .and every time it rained it poored in to the house ruined the wall and my daughter's nightstand .and the sink in the upstairs bath leaks underneath they never did come fix it either . And .or to mention the cops are constantly being called for something over their , fights all the time , one person got shot a couple doors down from us , and people throwing trash out of their cars when they are literally ten feet away from the dumpster . It is GHETTO and nasty and not a good place to live at all , this place is horrible and I've never given reviews online cause I've never really had really bad experiences enough to want to but this are by far the worst in every category possible . DO NOT MOVE HERE ......I WARNED YOU

She got everything processed very timely and kept in contact. One of the first apartment managers that I can honestly say is wonderful! I cant wait to move in soon. Thanks Heather for making what can be a very stressful time, an easy one!

I made an appointment on a Thursday at 1, I get there and the lady tells me the apt was already rented, said she would call me Friday at 9am, no call. I called at 10am and she tells me come on Saturday at 10am. I was informed that she stated 10am on Monday, when she called me on the 29th at 9:36am. At this time when I asked if I could still see the apartment, it was rented the weekend. I stand corrected on the details but I still feel I was jacked around.

These reviews are true. Ive been here a year. The management is rude. They hardly answer the phone. They apartments are old and they flood when it rains. They turn off the water with little to no notice. There's light switches but no light fixtures so you need lamps for all bedrooms. You are charged for pest control that they NEVER do. The water bill is extremely high. Always over $100. You never pay your contract rent. It's always higher. The air conditioner drips in the tub so it's always orange. No play area, no gym, no pool. Chose not to live here. You've been warned.

Now me and my kids are going to be on the street because of them was in there ten min and she took 300 because from for something on my credit that i did know about that was my fault not checking but come on ten min not like they where holding the apartment for me for a week it sad that they will let kids be homeless to make a money please check everything

For anyone reading this review, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DONT RENT HERE! I didn't even sign the lease and I was dealt with in such an unprofessional, disorderly manner. I was informed less than 24 hours before my lease signing that we possibly wouldn't be signing it or moving in. On top of that, the apartment manager, Tamika Johnson-Melton, requested illegal documents from the apartment complex my roommate was living in at the time. We had to phI don't like shaming people but Tamika is a liar and a manipulator and you will save yourself time, money, and resources not renting here.

I wouldn't refer this place to anyone! Management is a joke and super unprofessional! Within a months time span text notices have gone out...

I wouldn't refer this place to anyone! Management is a joke and super unprofessional! Within a months time span text notices have gone out about our water being shut off on a daily basis for a week straight for hours on end. This is done at the last minute no 24-48 hour notice. Repairs are not done in a timely fashion. My first year here it was okay i did not see or have bugs, ie ROACHES after the first year when i got new neighbors all of a sudden i have an infestation in my apartment its ridiculous!!!! Even upon notifying Management they send someone to spray which seems to attract even more roaches and does no good but they want to charge 1100 for rent!!! My lease is up in August and it can't get here fast enough. Management is allowing their relatives move in to the apartments here, who's children are running rampant all times of the night and during the day. Climbing thru windows, breaking windows, playing loud music, littering, letting their dogs use the bathroom in everyone's front area, just ridiculous! BUT if anyone says anything, they will get accused of doing these things and written up on bogus claims. Tameka the manager has two sets of rules, one for her people that she turns a blind eye on and another for hard working, quiet, respectable, paying their rent on time or before its due, tenants. But hey I guess when United Apartment Group and the regional manager finally figure out they are losing good tenants and gaining ones that tear up their property, perhaps then they'll take out the trash from their management office that they currently have in place now, and get someone who is about business. ....and I wish to god they would try and keep my deposit. They better be prepared to have their attorney in small claims court. I have plenty of vacation days to utilize and don't mind sitting in court. 30 days is legally how long they can hold a deposit. I swear this by far was the biggest mistake ever MOVING INTO THESE RATCHET APARTMENTS RAN BY RATCHET PEOPLE!!! 08/01/2017 UPDATE I'm happy to see the office staff trying to save face with their fake concern response. I still stand on the fact that I would never refer a dog to come and live in those apartments. You know just as well as every tenant that has lived over there that those apartments are infested with roaches, and there is a serious plumbing problem and maintenance is never done until renewal time. I should have called housing inspection on the complex so they could condemn this place. The office staff is rude and act as if They own the property but then again when you're living there for next to nothing I can see why you would try to dress it up as an awesome place to live. I'm not going to bother calling and discussion anything with management because it falls an deaf ears. Oh yeah nice try with trying to block me from getting into another complex by telling property managers that I was given 3 violations..smh Im sooooo happy to be living a nice clean roach free, great plumbing, no police strolling environment with the management staff who are professional and actually work for a living instead of having the office closed making excuses. Oh and for anyone moving out make sure you call merry maid to come in and do a professional cleaning job otherwise Tameka will claim your apartment was left in a dirty state. Even though they are contracted to have a cleaning crew come in after every move out and will clean and paint anyway. This whole experience was a joke but I believe in KARMA!!! And don't bother calling corporate they are just as ratchet Lisa who claims to be the regional manager but sounds like Heather to me but i digress did not but side with her unprofessional staff member. Wonder if you guys at United Apartment Group are aware that other complexes refer to your complex as Rolling ghettos..the laughing stock of Arlington. If anyone is looking to rent BYPASS THIS JOINT it's overly priced and management is very unprofessional but live on the property and i'm sure she makes sure her unit is properly maintained and exterminated.

And I wish I didn't, the place is leaking from the master bathroom they can't fix it, I have complaints about all these problems and it can't still be fix, we had to buy fans to used because is so hot, it's horrible

Just like the review below we too had our security deposit STOLEN and have been given no less than 3 different reasons as to why they are "legally" keeping our $....this place is like a crackheads worst nightmare, I wouldn't raise dogs in this complex....trashy is an understatement. Tamika the office help is a rude and incompetent "lady".....I'd rather deal with the DMV than try to communicate with this ghetto ass "manager"

That response asked me to verify my address? Needless to say I did that, and still nothing... that was 12 days ago and I have heard NOTHING else! I am currently communicating with the regional office as this is ridiculous! * And management, do NOT respond to this review with your cookie cutter 'send an email or call' response! You are well aware that I stay in constant contact with your office, and don't get a response back for days or never! If you want to respond to this review, it should only be to to give me my refund date because I am fed up with this unprofessionalism!

They have holes in the walls with big ass rats that is the size of a field rat. They're Air conditioner is terrible so when summer approaches its very hot. Also when its hot the wooden floor gets very moist so your feet constantly get dirty and black. The owner here towes cars for no apparent reasoning and have you to pay it out the pound. Someone has gotten shot on property before and drug dealers and ignorant teens be around the kids outside. The water system here is very poor and it randomly gets cut off. One time my whole block got its power knocked out for no reason. And then to make everything all worst the landlord is very rude and always getting on to people. The water can't go hot or cold at the same time. There is also Cock Roaches that are massive. One time I was doing my hair in the bathroom and one huge roach fell on my hand. She also raises rent every month, this place not worth it save your time for something convient.
