First I would like to say You get what you pay for. My husband leased this place when we were going through financial burden! That was Dec 2014 and The name was Eagle Crest with non professional management,but we were desperate. First year was pretty good. We were placed next to other families and no one really bothered us. Then late 2015 to jan 2017 it has been horrible. Unexplainable fees, constantly roach infestations, I had new neighbors every couple of months and eventually I had to park around the corner because no parking near my unit. The apartment was spacious and the manager would work with us on a lot. But we moved in January because the old owners didn't handle business and the new owners didn't know what was going on. I couldn't wait to move.. Fyi all if you are not of Spanish culture no need to get comfortable everyone who participate in the community activities are rude if you are not. Then act like they don't speak English. We just moved and I am grateful for them but hate it at the same time

I have been here for over 3 years and I was always happy when the apartment was own by Eaglecrest now since the new owner is here I have not been so happy. It does not make sense to me to pay rent at a local grocery store or online and be charged a fee. When we have a whole leasing office in the apartments if that's the case why do we need a leasing office onsite put it offsite if it's not going to be beneficial to the tenants. I'm charged a monthly rent and then I'm going to be charged an additional $2- $3 to accept my rent now that is just Plum damn crazy. I am appalled and lost for words I know $2 is not a lot of money but when you are a full time college student and you work to pay your bills along with your tuition that two or three dollars could be going to something more important than an extra fee to pay your rent.

Mold everywhere, maintains takes forever to fix thinngs like literally i made a report about a leak that was starting a mold and they came when my lease was 3 moths to end! Also theirs a lot of fighting at night, a lot of thefts, My husbands Truck was stolen and they broke into my car, this place is that bad that police come and check the apartments every night sometimes their 3 one at the entrance and the other 2 going around the whole apartments! PLEASE TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE! THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH A PENNY! I don't recommend no one to live here!!!!' STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

If you want to pay over 1000 for an broke down old place go ahead but be warned you won't have air the water will be too hot or too cold the drawers and cabinets in the kitchen will break apart and they won't freaking fix it. I have been waiting since June for repairs here it is December and I am still waiting if it wasn't for the financial burden of moving we would.

Moved in 02/2016 my water still is not fixed. They said,(We know its an ongoing problem.) Uhmm I see the place got a paint job,parking is getting nicer, and gate is being fixed. So when is this water situation getting fixed? My showers either burn me or freeze me. My kids have to deal with this also. So we use bucket filled water to control the temp. So not right! The drug dealer here well there are plenty.

A/C goes out every couple months. They just "fixed" it today and It's 84 degrees in my unit with the thermostat on full blast...

A/C goes out every couple months. They just "fixed" it today and It's 84 degrees in my unit with the thermostat on full blast and I have a 3 month old baby. This is unacceptable. There is a roach problem as well. Evertime you call the exterminator they come by and leave you with a few "poison traps" that do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING and tell you to call back in a few weeks when you need more. This place needs to get it together BAD! Look elsewhere!

I have just recently moved out 6/01/16. The staff are semi nice i havent had a single problem with neighbors where my apartment was stayed quiet pretty much all the time. The one problem i had that caused me to move was the roaches are absolutley everywhere theyre all over the place. I complained for months and all they would do is send a guy out there to put a bug tablet behing the stove. Literally the only place they never were. I got tired of waking up and find a roach crawling on my 1 year old while he was sleeping... these apartments are absolutely disgusting... do not live here they wont even show you the apartment before you move in

I'd like to start off by saying I really enjoyed the layout of the apartment itself. The dining room is separate from the living room, I have two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and it's a great size for what you pay. However, there were many problems over the course of my two year tenure. It took 3 weeks to get an approval and I was never even shown the apartment before signing the lease. I got my key and showed myself the apartment, not even being told how to find it. My air conditioner should have been replaced before I moved in but the maintenance kept saying that air was coming out and that heat rises so my apartment will be warmer. It broke down 3x last summer, I had to sleep out on my back patio. I was told each time that if it was close to sunset then they could not come out. Well, it was around 7 each time and there was plenty of sun left. After 2 years it was finally replaced so at least my last two months will be comfortable. Most days last summer was 80 - 85 degrees. My neighbors to the right party extremely loudly from Friday evening to the wee hours of Monday morning every weekend that it is nice. They have from 10 - 15 family members all over the stairs, crowding in front of my door and window, all over the side walk but most annoying is they pull their cars up and open all doors then blast the music. This lasts for hours. I usually can't hear my TV. I typically am even unable to pull my car out of its parking spot due to a car behind it blasting music as well. I have complained to management and they were warned once. I complained today and the manager said she'd drive by. She did and it did not stop. It just goes on all night. They will lean on my car and leave all their beer cans/bottles all over the ground as well as cigarette butts. It's pretty gross after the weekend. There was a leak in my bathroom and under my sink for 9 months before both were fixed. That only happened 2 days before I got my notice to resign. Same with the air, I complained several times and the week before I got my notice it was replaced. The apartment community itself is sort of trashy, the trash cans are right out and usually overloaded. The gates never work properly. The in gate has never closed and the out gate is testy. The swimming pool was ordered closed by the City of Arlington and was unusable last year, only opened the week of Labor Day before shortly being ordered to shut down. There is no place to mail letters unless you go inside and sit it on a shelf during business hours which is quite inconvenient for someone who works during business hours. All in all, maintenance is slow, staff is usually rude, and the neighbors could care less you are bothered by their regular get togethers. I see this place as one that probably used to be quite high end but has fell under disrepair over the years and now it is what it is. With the nice layouts and what could be a washer dryer connection (was taken out but the space is still there awkwardly), it could get back to that. However, unlikely any time in the near future. One last note, the area is also quite unsettling. Police routinely have up electric boards telling people to lock their doors since there have been break ins. My apartment was broken into within a month of me living here. I asked to be moved and never got an answer, or even a comment on what happened.

I see all these reviews are a bit old so I would like to start out saying that management has changed. I've lived there for about 2 months now and the pools have always been clean, I see people out there swimming all the time. There is a curfew so if there are people out making noise at night, you should call the cops. The management actually encourages people to do this. As for roaches i haven't had a problem with any, and if you do get roaches you should ask management for them so come in and spray. As for the fences the only way to get in and out is through the gates that are open on Arkansas. They do have the gates you walk though open though. If there is a problem with your apartment management says to report it as soon as it happens. That's actually stated in your lease. Maintenance has always came in and fixed anything that was wrong with the place. Other than the neighborhood I think this is a pretty good place to say. I would recombined it.
