Do Not Stay Here! I'm sorry for my very late comment. I stayed here from January 27, 2016 - July 20, 2016. First off NEVER move into apartments that offer MOVE-IN specials, they're trying to cover something up (high crime area, bad staff reports, low maintenance, etc.) My husband and I did just that here and moved in the same day we visited the office. They said the rent was $725 and that you had to pay for pest and trash but every time we brought up our apartment they mentioned pest and trash was an option. Everything seemed great the first 3 weeks then the bugs: ants, common spiders then gnats and flies coming through a window that had never been opened. We tried everything to get rid of them. Pest control, that we paid for, came in and sprayed the living room in 3 corners and the dining room only. They never came the 2nd time we requested. Our gates were never closed and people would always come through them speeding. My husbands car got hit while it was parked at our apartment by someone running from the police. After the police talked to the office and we reported it to the office the gates were closed for 2 weeks then never again. Parking was also atrocious, never a spot close to your apartment. When we broke our lease we paid the relenting fee but then they tried to over charge for the carpet cleaning. I fought that because I reported the spots when we moved in and they weren't giving me back my deposit back. Sorry for the long post! Stay Away!!!!!

The living situation is not bad, although there were maintenance problems from time to time, I over looked it as I was trying to be nice, but the minute you plan to move out. they will make your life hell. our apartment got infested with bed bugs and the trail came in from little holes in the closet. they refused to take responsibility and put all the penalty under my name and now they are charging me $1200 for all this. Although we notified them 2 times before, and their exterminators failed to detect them. I lost my brand new furniture. half of my closet, and now on top of that i am getting charged $1200 by the complex. They are literally screwing the middle class people to make money. I will never recommend this place till the day i die.

Worst apartments I've ever lived at. Payments were early every single month and I was still getting notices from them. Addressed it numerous times and was told in a nice way to deal with it and pay earlier. Maintenance department was great and would help on anything necessary but the Front Office couldn't care less. Extra bills any way they can think of and when asked about them just no response. Ridiculous

When I first moved in, management was helpful and cared about their residents. Work orders were taken care of quickly and there was communication between management and residents. New management took over during my lease and everything went downhill. Notices were given to the wrong apartment numbers. When I spoke to the property manager, she was very rude and inconsiderate of my feelings when it was the managements fault that the notice was sent to the wrong apartment; not even an "I'm sorry or Sorry about the inconvenience." After moving out, I called to do my walkthrough with management and they were scrambling to get their ducks in a line because the general manager was coming to the property and refused to do a walk through. I am thoroughly disappointed with the new management and wish I would have been appreciated as a customer and actually treated like a human being. I would not recommend this property to anyone in the area unless they enjoy being treated and talked to like you do not matter.

HAND DOWN THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE WHEN I FIRST MOVE I GOT A INSPECTION SHEET TO FILL OUT ABOUT THE APARTMENT NUMBERS OF THINGS NEEDED TO BE FIX. FILE A WORK ORDER IT TOOK THEM 3 WEEKS AND ME CALLING THEM EVERYDAY AFTER THAT TO RESOLVE TILL THIS DAY THEY HAVEN'T COMPLETE ALL THE WORK THAT IS NEEDED TO BE DONE. THEY DON'T HANDLE THE TRASH PROCESS WELL AT ALL TRASH BE EVERYWHERE. THEIRS ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT THEY WONT U PAY YOUR RENT ON TIME BUT NO MAINTENANCE WILL BE DONE IN A TIMELY MATTER. BARDIN GREENE SUPPOSE TO LUXURY APARTMENTS NOTHING AT ALL IS LUXURY ABOUT THEM .PLEASE !!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DONT MOVE IN THAT WILL BE THE WORSE THING YOU WILL EVER DO I REGRET IT .
