Do NOT move into this place!!!! Looks can be deceiving... the exterior is somewhat maintained but the apartments are not. When I moved in the apartment was still dirty, mismatched paint, broken blinds, clogged dishwasher, dirty refrigerator & toilet & the ice machine never worked. After multiple work orders put in everything was addressed fast forward to 2 yrs later when I wanted to upgrade from a 1 to 2 bedroom I ran into the same issue... A DIRTY apartment!!!! They don't take pride in their apartments & Michelle the office manager is rude & will talk down to you or flat out hang the phone up on you, she hates her job & it shows. When I asked her when they were going to renovate the property... she just laughed! Now that I've moved out they've charged me for cleaning the carpet when they're actually replacing all the units with new carpet & holding my money hostage. I've even filled a BBB complaint to no avail. Don't let the prices fool you... it's NOT worth the hassle!

Our family has only been in this community for a couple of months, but we absolutely love it here. It is very quiet and safe. We dont have pets, but those who do always picks up behind theirs so thats never an issue. Everything is update and clean. Maintenance is wonderful! They come quickly, Ive never had to wait more than a couple of hours for them to come fix something. The property is kept up very well and is always clean. The property is conveniently located and everything is near by. They have security gates on both sides of the property that work. Being new to the state of Texas Im glad that we live here. Oh, the office staff are AMAZING!! They are friendly, and are happy to help with what ever needs, or concerns you have.

Our security deposit is listed on the statement as a different amount than what we put down, (confirmed by our lease to be more than they claim). I have attempted to e-mail, call the office several times, leaving voicemails and messages with office staff for the property manager. CRICKETS. They responded on this review pretty quick though............beware. We lived here for two years, under two different sets of office personnel. This place is not good, and the good reviews, I can only imagine they come from people who rent from owners, not from the property management, and don't ever use the "amenities". I should've caught on after we were given the option to move in on a Sunday, expecting to find a staff person when we arrived, and simply found our apartment door open with the keys on the counter. SERIOUSLY. We didn't even have a lease agreement signed and in place, and didn't sign until roughly 9 months later, when I received a notice about "hiding a pet" that I'd been paying them pet rent for, since day 1.. :D First, they call this a luxury complex, HAHAHA... The pool is gross, the hot tub hasn't worked for most of our time here, but it's disgusting, so I'd stay away from it. The "gym" is absolutely gross as well. We moved in short notice after being relocated for my husband's job, and after awhile, moving was too much of a hassle while we house hunted. We didn't have room for our large laundry appliances, so I figured I'd use the property laundry facilities, which I hadn't seen prior to move in. Most of the machines are broken down, and have been the entire TWO YEARS I've lived here. The laundry room door has a useless keypad on it that has been beeping for 6 MONTHS. I stopped bothering with property management because they simply don't care. The laundry room is always dirty, like with trash on the floor and the machines never get cleaned or maintenanced. I could go on, and on, and ON, but the point is, no-one here cares about anything other than your high rent being paid. Maintenance staff is only good part, they are nice, but understaffed. It's not luxury, and it's not worth the price to live here. I'm so glad to be moving from here! If you visit this place, look around closely, go in the laundry room and the gym, even if you don't need those amenities, because it paints a picture of how this place is. Stay away.

Absolutely the worst place Ive ever lived. This place is a total slum. It's full of bugs, maintenance never fixes anything. The hot water tank leaked 8 months out of my 12 month lease. They wouldn't fix it until it started leaking on my dryer. The garbage disposal went out and it took a month to fix. Once he "fixed" it the dishwasher started flooding the kitchen. When I went to the office the maintenance man said he hooked the sink to drain into the dishwasher so I should keep an eye on it. The second bathroom toliet flooded the kitchen and living room twice. He "fixed" it 4 times. Then lock to my garage door also was broken when they rented it to me and my car was trapped for the day and I had to miss work only for the maintenance man to say " oh yeah don't use the bottom lock". He never fixed the lock. And as of right now my ac has been down for 3 days. I've put in 2 servce request, actually talked to someone from the leasing office who said it would be fixed yesterday and left 5 messages on the emergency maintenance line. Like always no answer. $1200 a month for what. I could literally lived in a storage unit and had better maintenance. If I could change anything in my life over. It would be signing the lease for this place...
