Inside a large townhouse style home in Southside Anchorage (1,950 sq ft). This very large (400+ sq ft) Master Bedroom with a private bathroom is available! The rent is a flat $1,100 per month, all utilities, including GCI red unlimited high speed internet are covered in the cost. No extra fees.
This house is located near Klatt and Johns road, in a very safe, family neighborhood. Currently housing 2 quiet, considerate roommates. Looking for a clean, considerate, responsible 3rd to fill this available room. The upstairs contains the living room, dining room, kitchen, a bathroom, 1 bedroom, and 1 large storage room (all tenants are free to use this storage area). The down stairs contains a laundry room (with washer and dryer), an extra fridge, freezer, microwave in the utility closet and the Master Bedroom (black curtains + bathroom from the photos). There is a carport but, the spots are already promised to the 2 current tenants. So there is only street parking available.
On a personal note- I lived in this room for about 6 years. It’s a lot more space than most people might need, but it's very comfortable. Especially, having a private bathroom is great. I set up an extra fridge, freezer, microwave downstairs for myself at that time but, it remains for you to enjoy : )
I also want to emphasise that I want to keep this home a quiet, peaceful household where you can relax and not worry about loud music, obnoxious guests, or messes. The current 2 tenants are great people, so please be a good 3rd for them. Thanks : )

The fee goes directly to the 3rd party that runs the background check program. This check is meant to ensure a higher standard of trust between roommates/tenants and makes the home feel safer and more comfortable for everyone living there, including you : )

-1 Year minimum lease (turns into monthly recurring after the year)
- Security Deposit of $1,100 in addition to the first Months rent on lease signing
Steps to getting the room-
-Read the full description and check out the pictures
-Message me any specific questions that may not have been answered in the description above
-Fill out the application www.avail.com/apply/E53XQUg (this is to be done before scheduling the tour)
-Message me to schedule a viewing
-Come see the place and then give me a final yes (I want the room)
-I'll then send the lease to your email
-Read the lease (it’s a bit long, but feel free to ask questions)
-Sign the lease and pay the deposit + rent (payment can be done by bank transfer or by cash/check deposit at any credit union 1 Anchorage branch)
-Move in!
If you read all this, thank you very much. Most messages I get are people scheduling tours and then not showing up for them.. Because of this, the application is now required before scheduling a tour.
