I dont leave reviews, but have to on this issue I came in one day, just to get info and rates about 2 weeks later I was near and decided to drive by to see a certain location of a apartment that was AVAILABLE on the website THE SAME DAY ! I come in, talk, and notice that the move in date was a bit early then when when my lease was up but I loved the location so much i was willing to lose out on my months rent to move here fast. I actually did my application that same day, and was never given a confirmation via email to log BACK IN to make the $50 payment ? but..... i have the email confirmation for the co-applicant ???? now the unit is gone FAST its barely been 6 days .......Hmmmmmmm {SO HOW DID I GET THE CO APP email ? BUT NOT THE INITIAL email receipt to hold the unit AS MINE ? Im not mad and left a 4 star review because the ladies in the office where great and very nice. Just wish they had a better PORTAL confirmation because it seems awkward ? but maybe i dodge a bullet.

Great apartments! Have nothing against them! Anytime maintenance was needed, issues were taken care of immediately. Apartments were nice. Staff was friendly. Not many if any issues with neighbours. Low crime rate. Nice walkway with trees behind where my apartment was. Pricing was very reasonable considering other apartments in the area as well. I do recommend these apartment homes, and I'm glad with the decision I made 4 years later when I'm moving onto a personally owned home; across apartments in Allen, Plano, and McKinney, these were and still are my choice to call home.

Since new management took over in 2021 it has been great! The maintence team is always on top of work orders and get completed...

The move in process was easy, the leasing agent Patricia was really helpful with my application and what was needed until I moved and constantly checks if everything is good. The Location Is amazing everything is around you, no need to travel far to get stuff. The management so far is good havent had a problem and the apartment are modern and the amenities are great.
