I have been living at Key Towers since 02/2021. We had a four day evacuation over two months ago and I have yet to be reimbursed for those days which the building legally owes each tenant. I have sent multiple emails trying to plea for a simple reimbursement that I am owed.
This review is mostly of the company Gates Hudson who has yet to reimburse all residents. Additionally, they are irresponsible in their care for tenants. I have been completely disregarded by this company. In fact, my total reimbursement has technically been approved by Gates Hudson, and yet they've never reimbursed me and it has been weeks, and has passed the first of the month (which would have been the day to be credited to my account). We all have so much going on and this money is so important to each individual. I have to fight for my own money back right now while the company knows that I am going through chemotherapy treatment.
Gates Hudson has let families go months without the hundreds or thousands of dollars they owe tenants. We all had to pay up front for four days of pay elsewhere, which means hundreds/thousands of dollars at a hotel.
Terrible Apartment especially now with the new management. They don't work through issues in a timely manner, water shuts off everyday, and they don't take responsibility for building issues.

It is a great place to settle down and raise children, the environment is very quiet and calm, the office staff is nice and always ready to help clients. By far, the best management Ive gone to know and the building is always clean and nicely put together.
