I work at Excelsior Towers for the past year months. We the staff at Excelsior always strive to give wonderful customer service. So the office staff is amazing. Jennifer is an absolute dream come true when it comes to courtesy, customer service, knowledgeability, responsiveness, etc. The location is great, amenities seem nice, neighbors were pleasant. You do smell a ton of ethnic food in the halls, but I didn't mind. Apartments are renovated which is always a plus.

Probably the best value in town. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. Everything from lease signing to move-in was remarkably smooth. I had several questions throughout the process and every one was answered in a timely fashion. When comparing to other places in the area, remember this is UTILITIES-INCLUDED! I had a couple of routine work orders and all were resolved within 24 hours. I can't say enough about the front office folks..they're amazing, especially Jennifer.

I rarely leave reviews about experiences with apartment communities, but my visit to Excelsior Tower was by far one to be noted for future consideration by others. Everyone I came into contact with was very welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Nour and Jojo were my tour guides, and did an excellent job at giving me an overview of the property. There was also another gentleman "forgot to get his name" in the office that offered some information as well. To know me is to know that I do not apply to apartment communities or purchase cars on my first visit. Let's just say I applied to Excelsior Tower today and can't want to call this place home. Great job to the staff, and I hope this review helps you as you explore your next home in the Northern Virginia area. Best wishes!!!

I have lived here for two years now and I am glad to have chosen this apartment building. Overall satisfied with the office and maintenance crew service & performance. The security team on site is friendly and very helpful. They will do above and beyond to help solve any issues if they can. It's easy to go online and submit a maintenance issue.

I have lived her since 2009 and I love this building. I have seen the building grow and grow and it always takes my heart. They have continued to cleaned up problems that residents complained about i.e., rodents, building cleanliness, children playing in the hallways and garage, etc. when I first moved in. They have remodeled some of they apartments which I must say look gorgeous even if I don't have one. The staff and maintenance crew are very very professional, pleasant, and service is performed generally within 48 hours. Jennifer, Jo-Jo, and Mike make it their business to assure that we are happy and service is provided with a smile. Tracy works hard to do an excellent job too. So if you decide to visit Excelsior Towers and you are greeted by one of these staff members you will definitely find it hard to leave and not rent an apartment here. There is all utilities included (except water which is minimum cost) washer and dryer, dish washer, microwave in some units, magnificent views, self controlled heating and air, QUIET, safe, pool, basketball court, access to 395. shopping with walking distance, clean building and more but DON'T TAKE MY WORD FOR IT COME SEE FOR YOURSELF. Renting here is worth every penny!!

I recently moved into a fully renovated apartment a few weeks ago and I am beyond pleased with the staff and apartment! The manager Tracy, and leasing associate Mike worked with us to find us the best possible apartment when we needed one in a short time frame. The entire building is fully renovated with a pool, gym, theater room and much more. The grounds are kept clean and the staff is polite. Gas and electric are included in the rent so that's a big plus for us. By far the best amenity in the apartments is the washer/dryers. I have only been here a short time but have nothing to complain about and I'm a picky person.

Amazing! I called to inquiry about a potential new home. The conversation with the staff was great and very friendly and informative so I was eager to visit. Upon my arrival, I was very impressed with the property and it felt right when I walked in. All the staff were very professional, welcoming, very knowledgeable about the property. The tour was great, it was clean and renovated facilities. Walked into the first apartment and fell in love, I was at home, the layout was great and the space was nicely proportioned. Mike, JoJo, and Alicia were very courteous and kind (shout out to them). I decided that I wanted to live here and put my application in after the tour. Would recommend this place to others.
