The assistant manager alyse is extremely lazy and will lie to your face regarding move in dates. Multiple promises and gaurauntees were made regarding our move in date and none of them were met. The move in date was continually pushed back due to improper handling of paper work and failure on her part to submit the paperwork for final approval when she told us she had already submitted it. It took multiple trips down to the office to get anything done. Ive been sleeping out of my car for the last week due to all of these delays. Ive had to pay cancellation fees for moving trucks because our move in dates were repeatedly pushed back. They will procrastinate and push everything back to the last minute. There was no sense of urgency from alyse whatsoever. They were an extreme waste of time, energy, and money. There was no professionalism for the entirety of the time since we gave them our applications. Broken promises and a poor work ethic are a terrible way conduct business as an employee of an establishement. Especially when that employee is an assistant manager.

I lived at WestPark for about 5 years and I loved it there. I moved out because I bought a house. The office staff and maintenance staff were always attentive and friendly. The location is great as well, it is close to pretty much everything you need. I have referred several friends and family members to live at Westpark and all of them have enjoyed living there.

AND THEY ARE ALWAYS USING THEIR AUTHORITY OVER THE RESIDENTS TO BELITTLE THEM. THEY IS ALWAYS NOTICES OF AN INSPECTION OR SOME SORT TO DISTURB PEOPLES PRIVACY. THEIR ALWAYS NOTICES ON DOORS OF THREATS. ESPECIALLY WITH THERE NEWSLETTER AND THEY HAVE HUGE ROCKS ALL OVER THE PROPERTY WHICH KIDS KEEP PICKING UP AND PEOPLE KEEP TRIPPING OVER. ITS MISERABLE TO LIVE HERE WITH THE OFFICE STAFF AND COMPANY THAT TOOK OVER HELP US.

Handicap parking is limited and access to many buildings do not accomodate for people in wheelchairs. STAY AWAY!!!

I've lived here since October 2014, and I LOVE it here. The maintenance staff is awesome and responds promptly to my maintenance requests, and love the recent upgrades to the community! The buildings have been painted, the landscaping as been done beautifully, and I love how clean and well maintained the staff keeps the community. I have recommended West Park to friends and family, and will continue to do so!

I have had zero problems living here for the last year. I absolutely love the staff. They are always friendly and helpful with anything I need. The maintenance guys are awesome, they have always gotten anything that I've needed done, finished within a day or two depending if they need to order anything.

I am a REAL resident at West Park. I am a resident who paid the fees and was approved to live here. These reviews are ridiculous! A few facts: 1. The people that run the office DON'T write the checks! 2. If you didn't apply, and you aren't on a lease, YOUR OPINION DOESN'T MATTER. 3. If you follow the rules, West Park would be GREAT. It's sad that the people who get transfers, and waived fees because they lie are the ones leaving 2 star reviews and bad comments. I bet when the office looks these names up, they aren't there! People complaining because they can't be "friends" with the staff?! They are your LANDLORD! Let them do their jobs, you follow the rules, it works GREAT! Complaining about the office not paying your electric bill? Do you think an electrician is going to cover your electricity after they replace the thermostat? NOPE! READ A LEASE PEOPLE. Oh wait, you can't, you aren't on one!! A ONE day turn around AND the landlord paying a fee for someone else to come out and look at a perfectly working a/c is crazy to me. I LOVE living here! The new manager is GREAT and so is her Assistant. I've read the reviews and think most are unfair. Can you imagine having their jobs? I bet they are stressed! I've watched them both be yelled at and called every name under the sun and they stayed calm and very professional. If they don't answer, I leave a message and they always respond. I love what they did to the pool and think it was worth waiting a few weeks for. Even though most people don't follow their "1000s" of rules, I love having them and know the good neighbors do too!

When new staff came in, Tiffany turned it upside down and we even found out from the maintenance staff that Tiffany was writing checks that were bouncing to people who were doing work for the complex and she told the maintenance staff they are not allowed to be talking to us specifically after the maintenance men found faulty equipment in our apt and if they were caught talking to us as friends or at all they would be let go . Tiffany will lie and do anything to meet her quota even if it means misstreating her residents and staff poorly like she did to us that is why we left and the things we heard her say about us when she didn't know we were in the office was not professional . I would not recommend anyone to live here . I had a 400 dollar electric bill which is not ok for a 2 bedroom 1 bath . I called pnm they said it's accurate there is nothing they can do so I went to the front office they had someone come check it they said nothing wrong. I was not about to pay a 400$ electric bill I kept bothering them I don't have 400 to drop on a electric bill . So then they came back again found out the thermostat was faulty said it was still not their fault when they replaced it ; which if you replace something that means something is WRONG hello . My apartment would not stay cold so it's constantly running . So I went above to Genie. She was rude told me I was a lier and offered 120 dollars towards my bill I told her no . I believe you pay half or more then half and if you weren't in the wrong you wouldn't offer any money nor changed my thermostat . So I tried going above her I called several times no response from anyone . Genie called me back and told me sense I felt the need to go above her she is not giving me any money . I told her what are you threatening me because I went above you your unprofessional and I'm out of this place in a month and hung up on her . For the most part the tenants are considerate and well behaved but there is one clod that spoils it all for the rest. That nasty person has a boom box in their car and likes to sit in the parking lot listening to what must sound like to them music but for the rest of us it rattles windows and drowns out the TV never mind it is like an inducement for headaches. The rent is too expensive. over 800 for a 2 bedroom and they never spray for bugs even if you ask. Power goes out because breakers are old and glitchy. Last year my apartment flooded from all of the rain and they would not clean my carpets without charging me for it. Only one maintenance guy working and he loves going home early. Appliances supplied by apartments are cheap and break easily. Worst place I've ever lived, and I once spent a year living in my mother's car. I want to warn every family I see applying to live here just how hard they are about to get ass-fucked.
