Common Fees are as follows:

- Pet Rent - One small pet - less than 40lbs considered on a case-by-case basis with owner approval and additional pet rent of $28 per month.
- Apartments are all electric. Tenants pay separately metered electric service.
- Tenants pay for Internet Services of their choice. Fiber Optic WiFi available.
- Additional Utility Bill back fee for Water / Sewer / Trash Valet & Security Services at $90 per month.
