My family and I are thinking of moving to the area and have heard great things about the community from our friends. We scheduled a tour with Kevin and I have to say the things we heard are true! The grounds were beautiful and Kevin walked us through the logistics of the potential move as well as local spots to check out. It was a very positive experience.

I've been at Avalon since 2019 and have to say that the Avalon team is the best part about living here. Always responsive, super facilitative and just really friendly, lovely people! I recently had an experience wherein Kevin left a message for me to make me aware of a REALLY large and cumbersome package that was delivered to the Hub and not to my door (which was around the block and down the street), despite my address being correct on the delivery. There was literally no way I could have gotten this to my apartment (I drive a Mini). Kevin went over and above to help me out and Jose even used his own truck to help me get it to my apartment! They didnt have to do this. It was an extremely kind and generous gesture and it is, honestly, very aligned with the assistance that the Avalon team always provides. There are many other stories I could share about going over-and-above to help residents out. It's been a constant feature of living in this community. Its this team that makes the complex such a wonderful place to live!

I posted a review for Avalon Oak Creek a couple of years ago and feel compelled to share an update. Ive been living here for going on 7 years now, and Avalon Oak Creek has been nothing short of fantastic. Ive never had any worries while living here and any help with appliances or anything else is always taken care of ASAP and with care. The staff here is always phenomenal; super polite and generally friendly. Norene is fabulous; she is always super sweet, patient and helpful. Paco is awesome, very kind, patient and always extremely helpful whenever I need help fixing anything. Tim is also a delight; he has such a polite, kind and gentle demeanor, and its a privilege to have him over to help anytime I need help fixing something. Lalo and Armando are always working very hard, very helpful and professional. Kevin has been a joy since joining the office here, with positive energy and quite friendly. Delia, the property manager here for quite some time, does an excellent job running an impeccable apartment community and maintains a professional demeanor. Thank you to Avalon Oak Creek for everything and for all of your hard work. I highly recommend living here to everyone; you will feel extremely comfortable and safe.
