Expensive. Maintenance is slow. Most apartments smell like smoke. Only good thing is it's close to Stores. Unfortunately Walmart is horrible also.

my whole apartment unit got infested with cockroaches. different companies would come and spray once every 2 months and nothing was ever resolved. No one at the front ever knew anything, kitchen cabinets stunk nothing was new and everything was always falling apart. Everytime i walk out my complex people are always smoking weed when i complained to the office they dont me just to call the cops. i would never have children here or a family, i had to cut my lease and leave ASAP. people fighting in the middle of the night outside of apartment

I been Here 2 years, seen few bad neighbors, the first year, Cops, ambulances, Overdose etc but eventually left or OD who knows, some my neighbors super Nice, and professional. The building I live at is very quiet and convenient next to big shopping centers, easy access to 94. Maintenance is prompt and Office staff are courteous and very helpful. Parking can be a headache on weekends as visitors take up all the spots. Overall I love living here but unfortunately the price keep on increasing and I will probably end up moving. The fact that you can move anytime by paying 1 month ahead is a big add on, so there is always a way out in case.
