I called the lofts my home for one year, and the experience was pleasurable the entire time. Upon initial application and showing, the staff there was extremely nice and worked over and above expectations to deal with my unique situation. The same accommodating service was experienced throughout my stay here. My apartment came with amazing views of the city and was relatively quiet and peaceful. The amenities are as advertised, and there was no issues finding time to enjoy all that was offered. Over my stay here, I felt safe on the campus grounds and in my apartment. Overall, a spectacular place to live whether for six months or several years. I would definitely recommend.

My fianc and I lived at Junction Shop Lofts from April 2021-January 2022. Overall, we enjoyed our time there. Emily and Sarah in the main office were awesome and answered all of our questions and concerns very quickly. We enjoyed the amenities on site (especially the grill and the gym) and the location to downtown Worcester, Polar Park and the Canal District (all within a 10 minute walk). There were a few minor inconveniences (thin walls, repetitive fire alarms) but all in all JSL was what we needed when we needed it!

5 Stars in regards to the pre-moving process and that being from out of State. Not moved in yet; however the staff I have been speaking with, Kayla Lebron and Sarah Labbe have been top notch.
They are making sure I have my ducks in a row and has gone very smoothly so far. While in the process of me getting out of my current location and setting up the move, I have called way to many times and they do not see it like that at all. They are always so happy and when I call they are always in a great mood.
Just speaking with them changes my hectic day around. Thank you ladies and looking forward to being a resident very soon!!!
