Since the beginning of moving to emery flats Rachel an Nate in the leasing office has gone above an beyond to make sure my move was not going to be stressful. I was so worried moving, but since I came to emery flats I have felt like a new person. I am going through a hard time right now with a medical diagnosis an living at emery flats has brought life back to me an made me want to continue fighting the battle. Rachel has really been assisting me with so much in the past weeks I couldnt believe how quickly she responds to emails an phone calls I was so worried an she really made me feel at ease especially last week sn she follow up with every email she also called me to follow up. Nate has followed up directly with me as well making sure everything is always taken care of right away. I couldnt thank the maintenance department Matt an Brian enough for everything they have done for me this far. They have been so on top of anything I have asked them to help me with. I mean they have truly cared an followed up immediately with the concern I had. They took care of it same day without hesitation. I have never felt so much more motivated than before coming here especially going through hard times I didnt want to move at first but Im so grateful I did because it has been truly an amazing experience so far. of course my dog has been the happiest since the move her new nickname is the bunny chaser. Theres so many friendly people around an many great activities going on. Best part is the trees absolutely beautiful to open your shades to colors changing on all the trees. Emery Flats by far shows that customer service is there number one priority. Thank you guys for all you have done an for all the support I gotten from the entire team this has made a huge impact on me.

My sister I moved in about a month ago. So far, we like it. Quiet neighborhood. Clean facilities. Spacious unit. Contemporary design. Spacious closet. Sleek and nice kitchen design. Bathrooms are nice and decent size. Nice floors in unit. Except, personally not too thrilled about the carpets in rooms. But everything else in unit are great. Clean and well-lit hallway. Maintenance and cleaning staffs are professional and efficient.

Nothing but positive things to say about Emery Flats! I moved in a little over a week ago and it has been flawless. It is super close to Boston and the on ramps to 93 N and S are two minutes from the parking lot! There are so many amenities available and the common spaces are well maintained and clean. Jaimi and Rachael were both very helpful and friendly. They processed our application and got us approved for the apartment within hours! Highly recommend.

I have been living at Emery Flats for about 2 weeks now and so far everything has been absolutely amazing. The apartment itself is beautiful and I instantly fell in love with it when I first toured it. It was the first and last apartment that I toured, thats how much I loved it!! The amenities are great and I look forward to using all of them very soon. The management staff is wonderful and so helpful. Most importantly, the leasing consultant Jaimi Rich has been helpful since day one and has made the whole moving process extremely easy. I am so so happy that I chose Emery Flats as my first apartment!! I highly recommend!
