Maximum of two (2) pets allowed per unit. Pets may not exceed 25 lbs at maturity. Puppies of large-breed dogs are not permitted. Pets other than cats or dogs, if approved, must be kept in a cage within the unit. The following are not allowed under any circumstances: snakes, spiders, ferrets, pot-bellied pigs, and all other reptiles. Residents are responsible for any pet-related damage.
A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet is required and must be paid in full before the pet enters the unit. The fee does not apply to approved animals covered under reasonable accommodation or modification requests. Residents agree to pay for any damages caused by their pets during residency.
