When i moved here, everything was fine. The staff was helpful. Then they raised the rent and I could no longer afford it. I moved to a studio apartment downstairs which had a waiting list and the neighbors were horrible. Noise at night and stalking to the point it made us want to leave. The dishwasher already wasn't functioning correctly and only showed me how to unclog it when its not working. The whole building had plumbing issues multiple times. There was water leaking from my bathroom ceiling and mold began to appear. The door frame was lose after slamming it after a bad day. I contacted maintenance and they did nothing about it except give me the parking sticker I asked for. I called the police about the noise disturbances because the manager didn't do anything besides put a note on MY door for yelling in my apartment for the upstairs neighbors to stop. The police never arrived. Pets aren't allowed but grandfathered in and exceptions are made. They do not do background checks so you never know who your neighbor may be or what they may do.
