Chelsea is a very hard working person I hope I said her name right please forgive me if I didn't but she's a good hard working person my apartment's been looking for a whole month she's been trying to get these guys to come look at it if the weather is getting bad and it's getting worse have nobody still claim my carpet or came to check my apartment out she has been the only person to been in contact with me since the incident she's been checking on me to make sure I'm good cuz this is a health hazard so my review is the same she's a very good landlord she's not a bad person for those who said she's being bad that's wrong it's mistake is because people get comments and people disrespect other people and then you give the people that's trying to take care of a problem a chance not to fix it before everybody start going off so the comments that she's getting is wrong she is not a bad person she's a very good landlord like I say again my name is Prince and I've been here for the last couple years and she's the only landlord that actually came and checked cuz the other landlords or whatever you want to say never done anything like I said again my apartment is still leaking I give her 100% credit for what she's doing she is doing her job she's only one person you can't expect one person to do everything when y'all don't give her a chance that is my word and I've been in a situation so you guys need to give her that respect she's not a mean person

I have been living here for a little bit now and have not been happier. The first couple of months it was hard to get in touch with the office with questions and concerns. However, since Chelsea arrived, things have been significantly better. My roommate and I have had issues that have come up in the past few months and we have been able to report the issues and get them handled. The maintenance team (day time and emergency) has been polite and so helpful. I see Chelsea working hard in the office when I have gone in and out in the complex working on issues first hand. We are truly grateful for what she does for everyone who lives here.

When we first moved in in August of 2021 we were not impressed with the management. Just recently in December of 2021 we got a new office manager named Chelsea. She has been a blessing to us, putting out fires and cleaning up our previous managers messes. She is energetic, honest and works hard. I have had nothing but positive interactions with her. Thank you Chelsea!
