I have lived at the Vue for three years and have loved it. The view of the lake never gets old. All public areas and grounds including the pool area are very well kept up, clean and landscaped. I have had several maintenance requests put it and most were resolved within same day. Mark has been very friendly and helpful. Neighbors are all pleasant and I have gotten to know several since living here. Parking was limited, but they have remedied that by adding additional parking recently, and I also now pay for an enclosed garage. The layout of the apartments are spacious with big windows for natural light and the countertops, fixtures and cabinets are very classy looking.

Barely friendly office staff that dont really seem like they care about helping you with issues or concerns. Surface level they pretend to be attentive but I often found myself needing to repeatedly send messages or calls to get things taken care of. Luckily, I didnt have to exchange with them often but still frustrating. The amenities: the pool is a nice area but small. The fire pit could have been cool to use more. My apartment was nice but even though I was on the top level (to avoid hearing people walking above me) I still could hear the neighbors below me walking, talking, and closing doors. In all the places Ive lived, Ive never heard neighbors below me. Short cut on sound proofing? Finally, the one thing that I appreciated most was the maintenance guy, Mark. The regular maintenance schedule to manage bugs, wash windows, and maintenance requests was pretty well managed. Although, I did not like how often the office sent notices out that someone would be entering my apartment to spray or check filters, etc in just one year of living there. I didnt feel I had privacy. Overall, the year I lived there was fine but for luxury apartments the office staff should have been more friendly and helpful.

The Vue is nice but honestly not worth what you pay. You pay extra to look at a lake through metal bars and have zero access to any of it. The parking is HORRENDOUS. They don't have designated parking for tenants and guests, there has been a motorcycle parked in a spot for weeks that hasn't moved (apparently no limit on number of vehicles you can have here), I pay almost $1300 a month and have no parking.

I loved living here, the apartments were incredibly nice and the maintenance staff was extremely responsive. BUT FAIR WARNING. Its called the Vue because thats all youre going to get. The lake behind the complex is off limits. Its not part of the deal. Dont expect to gain access to any of the pavilions, volleyball nets, the sand or the water. Its not for you, its just the view.

Nothing but good experiences for the few years we leased here. Management's top notch and were happy to accommodate our needs. Apartments were well furnished with recent appliances and excellent maintenance folk. Vast majority of neighbors were respectful and quiet. Well located with major shops 5 minutes away and similar times to I235.
