They have no record to prove nor disprove i owe them anything, they got rid of their hard files in 2015. They can call Cedar Brook who i moved into after Farmington and i had to verify i was at good standings with Farmington to even lease with Cedar Brook but of course they dont want to verify this on top of their assistant telling me she found notes mentioning me moving prior to Cedar Brook. But they are holding me hostage for this debt because they know it will cost more for an attorney and fight it. I will be contacting the BBB, attorney general, and who ever i need. This is outrageous, they cant prove i owe them so they are just saying i do and reporting this onto my credit, nothing but sharks!

Has not been long, but, dont care, i can not move forward until this is resolved! Called them again, nothing really, i talk to this girl though that said there were notes showing that mentioned me moving out in advance. i called my old apartment complex i moved into after Remington park apartments and they said they'd verify you have to have good standings and owe nothing to the apartments your moving out of in order to lease with them, told them this as well and never heard back. Id bet they still want me to give them $500 just because they can!

I rented an apartment in 2013 called remington park apartments in wichita ks. I was there for 1 year, my lease was coming up and this Pierpont management company bought them out and renamed it Farmington Place. I put in my notice and moved into another apartment in 2014. Well, i applied to buy a home and apparently i owe this pierpont $500+ for not giving them my notice. As a matter of fact i did, i have been renting for 16 years and only cut a lease once but that was due to outrages electric bills. Anyways, this is effecting me from buying a house, i will pay it so i can purchase a house but i am going to contact the attorney general, better business bureau, an attorney and fight this later. If i werent buying a house at the moment i would dispute this with the credit bureaus as well which im thinking i should write all 3 bureaus about these snakes anyways. I do not owe these people, they are robbing me of over $500, F***ing snakes!
