The process was done with simplicity and ease. Chalet apartments has one of the MOST professional, friendly managers on board, and I was extremely grateful to have her help me through this process. I love HOW professional and organized the process was, and I highly recommend any one who is needing apartment rentals to come check them out. I am extremely satisfied with my apartment.

I have lived here for a year and since management change, things actually get fixed and we haven't had any instances of crime. Any and all complaints are handled in a timely matter in the proper and correct way. Management works hard to keep the buildings clean and the grounds mowed and picked up of trash and litter.

Marlene is very professional and friendly. She cares about her tenants needs and concerns. My daughter has been able to make friends with other kids in the complex and everyone seems to get along. Me and my fianc havent had any safety concerns since new management has taken over. Its a quiet complex. Great for singles or couples just starting out.

AND THAT TURNED INTO BEING REALLY IRRADIATED...well anyways I was putting in water heaters and when all of a sudden mo.money..mo. Problems..,.one of the tenants came downstairs in the basement started touching and turning gas knobs...or the water heater knobs
.....HOT WATER TANK....AND A FEW MINUTES AFTER ...awe hell broke lose ...all the water heaters bust ,,..All 4 of them...thanks to this one guy touching stuff....so yes I'm very frustrated and exhausted..
