My husband and I just moved to these apartments this year. We absolutely love it here! The apartments are spacious, clean, updated, and have tons of closet space. The carpets are a dark grey color which is very nice and refreshing. The windows are large and allow a lot of natural light inside. Elaine is one of the most professional and caring business people I have ever seen. She is always super responsive, helpful, and you can tell she takes pride in herself on the community here. When we first took our tour of the grounds, residents were hanging around out side, and one of the things that impressed me about Elaine is she knew everyone by name and personally. It really sold me on the sense of community here. Its just tucked away from the noise and busyness of Downtown but close enough everything is just a short drive. Its defintely a great fit for a first apartment or small families. Maintaince and office staff have been nothing but super friendly. We are happy campers!

I just recently moved into this apartment complex. The staff here are fantastic and the neighbors are all very friendly! There is a community center near by, laundry on site, and a fitness center that is 24/7. These are great apartments for any type of person. The lot is clean, plenty of parking, and not noisey. The apartments themselves are clean and spacious. We love our new apartment!

We have lived at Meadow Creek Apts since 2010. Our neighbors and other residents are friendly and welcoming. The location is a good area for businesses, school, etc. The leasing office employees on site and at the Owings Mills' location are always very friendly, helpful and attentive to our needs. The maintenance guys are awesome. Whenever there is a problem within our apartment, they are there as soon as possible to fix it. The community is safe and quiet.

Worst place I have ever stayed! Apartment is poorly layed out. You can't reach the sink with the dishwasher open. Runs out of hot water before you can finish you shower. Washer and dryer didn't work for the first two weeks. When it was replaced the new one won't even get the clothes clean. Air conditioning didn't work...they supposedly fixed it and it still didn't work. You can't stand at the sink in the bathroom with the bathroom door open. The shower curtain provided was so cheap it didn't last two days before it ripped out. Kitchen light stopped working. The shelves in the freezer were missing. etc., etc., etc. The complex wasn't ready for the snow and did a lousy job of snow removal. Don't even think of renting a place there....

It's not a bad place to live I don't allow my children to play by themselves outside because it's dangerous but there is a local park right down the street were I can take them to play and there are plenty of activities for them to do all year. And if you don't no what to do with your children as a activity please come ask me I have plenty of suggestions. but back to the apartment the downsides are the space given is spacious but there are NO STORAGE spaces I mean none and the kitchen is way to small but for two people or a single it's rather nice. You do have to watch how loud you get specially your kids but that's with any apt.Lets see what else the dish washer is horrible and the water pressure in the kitchen is pretty bad the fridge you can brakes all the time and can hardly hold any food. The Carpets get nasty within seconds and the cable and phone can only be set up in one area unless you pay $120. to run cable throughout the apt. then you see the cable every were. If you have a bedroom near the washer and dryer area forget sleeping people are loud and rude and slam the doors to the washer and dryer all day and night. And for some reason you can smell what the people next to you are cooking or doing. Plus the outside windows are always filthy and you cant wash them yourself they dont open all the way. Now for the plus side there is a nice pool down the street and it's actually very pretty outside because they did a very nice landscaping job. The maid they have working here is very nice and keeps the hallway area very clean which I like so I don't drag any nasty stuff into my home.The maintenance men also very nice and do a great job they can only fix and replace what they are aloud to by the company so allot of time when something is broken you don't get a new one you get a old repaired one that is very outdated. But there fast very nice and are not lazy and don't screw around. The front office Barb is very nice and gets things done as for the other lady well no comment. There is enough parking for everyone if you have a problem they fix it pretty fast you can hear the neighbors sometimes but unless they are very loud it's not a problem. The windows let allot of light in and the ac and heat work very well.

Lived there for an entire year. Not once did I see a police car, rat, bug problem or anything. I very much so enjoyed my time there. We bought a house and that is probably the ONLY reason that we are not there now. Had a house no been purchased, we would have surely signed on for another year, without hesitation............. I have now been there for six months and still love it here. Of course, it is a rental property so it is not going to be perfect. Much less stressful than owning, I guarantee that! If you are looking for an apartment and on the fence about which one to choose in Westminster let me say, this place is safe. The maintenance crew is fast and courteous. The front office is nice as well as the people who work in there. The neighbors are great, snow removal is fast and done well. Plus the grounds are well kept all the time. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking.

I own a home in NC and live in MD. I like these apartments. I have seen better and I have seen worse. The service is excellent. They do not always come the next day, but everything gets taken care of in a timely manner. No buhs, rats, mice, or anything. I am very satisfied with my experience so far!!!

The staff in the main office are hard to work with to resolve reoccuring issues. It is loud, there are multiple fights, all occuring alot of times at night. Several cars had tires slashed and even spray painted. Did I mention drugs are sold out of basement windows???? Not a good place to move to.
