Ive only lived here for eight months and I was nervous to move in because of negative reviews so I feel the need to post my own review. Overall I really enjoyed living here. It feels sleepy and quiet which makes a peaceful atmosphere. Overall it feels very clean from the outside amenities to the inside amenities are. The landscaping is also awesome. My only complaint is the dog area gets pretty gross pretty fast but we can blame that on negligent owners. Theres plenty of places to take your dog nearby which is a plus for me. My only complaint is that the move in process was anoying because they asked if we could move in a day late which is inconvenient for anyone, but we were asked to move in late due to cleaning, however the apartment was unfinished and I cleaned which is incredibly rude. To leave tenets without cabinets and not offer a stipend of some sort. There are still parts of our apartment that are unfinished but it does not bother me. My biggest complaint is that the maintenance man drilled our microwave into drywall causing the cabinets to almost crush my dog and damage are stove and floor. Now that Im writing this Im still kind of surprised Im giving them four stars but outside of the early inconveniences which I will pin to laziness and disorganization perhaps I did enjoy living here. I think they are actively trying to upgrade the units which is probably why we had so many issues in ours. But the pool is beautiful & the landscaping is beautiful. They seemed to have figured out the trash issue which Im sure youll see and other reviews. Maintenance man also respond fast which is good. What I consider at luxury? No one of the doors in the complex is filled with bullet holes. but outside of that I really like the apartment. Actually as Im writing this I might have to Change my reviews to three stars. Overall I do feel very safe here but if youre going to market some thing as luxury youd hope you have cabinets and a clean apartment upon move-in date. But with all of that said I would live here again without hesitation as the inconveniences I face or not inconvenient enough and I really enjoy this area.

Great place to live, with quick and attentive property management staff. Maintenance issues responded to quickly and professionally. Westcliff would get 5 stars but they lost one star because of some unexplained hidden fees in the form of a resort fee that is usually incorporated in rent with most other properties. Prices advertised are without the resort fee. Despite the resort fees the community is great and well kept.
