I’m really upset with this condominium. We’re been a year living here and everything was great, we were really happy that we renewed our lease to live another year here, until last Friday that the security decided to tow one of ours cars with the association sticker on it. They never gave us a warning or a call to Tell us why they decided to tow the car. I came Monday with my two months old baby to the office to asked about what happened and one of the girls was really rude said she is the manager, That there’s nothing they can do about it and if we don’t like the rules we can live, turn her back and didn’t want to talk with me anymore. I’m still on shock about what happened, can’t believe we decided to stay one more year in a place where people is so rude. We never Made a Complain before, always pay on time, never call the office for nothing and the first time we have a problem that isn’t even our fault this is how they treated us. So disappointed. I would really love to talk with the owner about this situation because it’s no fear we have to paid for something that’s not our fault. My name is Mariset Amat and my phone number is5613317888. But the security there agreed to tow the cars to get some extra money. The towed my car with the security sticker on it and when I went to the office Fina treated us like shit. She said there’s nothing she can do and if we don’t like the rules we ven live. She even care we were with our new born in our hands. So rude. Can’t believe we renew our lease to leave in place where we can’t trust. Every night they towed so many cars they don’t care about the tenants or anybody I lost money and I a day of work for no reason. So the security can get some extra money and the office don’t do nothing about it. I would love to have a meeting with the owner about this situation. My name is Armando Valenzuela. i usually go to a different AT&T location and i ran into this location next to Publix and the gentlemen there Edwin was very helpful and polite. The store was clean and there wasn't a wait like the other stores. he was very knowledgeable and actually help and fix our problem unlike the other AT&T store in the mall that brush us off. i was very satisfied with the customer service there. i even found out about direct TV now and i got it. very helpful to know when i travel back home that my kids can watch TV on there tablets. ill defiantly be going back to that store
