This is my third Avalon property, and what a great property, but honestly what makes me love it here are the employees! Both the lofts and tower building are very nice as are the amenities. It took me almost 6 mos into my lease to need a service request, and it was simply due to a drain clogged (I've lived in brand new apartments that needed maintenance much sooner than this!) *Eddie* from maintenance came to my door within the hour and had the issues fixed in what seemed like minutes. I really appreciated it because maintenance things always stress me out - but there was no stress here - he made it seem like no big deal. Eddie is extremely professional, timely, friendly, and efficient. 10/10 recommend!
*Kimora* in the office has also been absolutely amazing. She is always very responsive and involved every step of the way. This is my first Florida apartment, so I had a ton of questions, and she always answered right away even if it was the most insignificant thing. She does an amazing job following up as well! I feel really valued as a resident.
All of the front desk staff are always amazing too - always saying hi and waving when I walk by. It is a really friendly, homey environment and I love it. This is one of the few places I've enjoyed having friends visit because they are so wow'd by the service as well.

Alexia in the leasing department is an amazing and caring person! She is very quick to respond to any questions you may have and actually listens. She will help you find what youre looking for and goes above and beyond. Ive been living at Avalon for a year and a half now and love it!
