This is a great place to live if youre a drug dealer or drug addict. I live at Congaree Villas and my neighbors literally do illegal drugs every day and the smoke comes into my unit. Even corporate knows about it and they apparently are ok with it.

Best place we have lived at by far! Its always clean. Everyone is nice, Ive never had a problem with neighbors and the townhomes are so spacious! Kathy is the best! Shes helped us so much and she makes everything so easy! We would stay longer but were getting stationed elsewhere, I certainly recommend to anyone looking for a fresh start!

We moved here in June, 2016. Never had any issues. Maintenance is always prompt. The townhomes are very spacious and very well kept. The property manager keeps the property up and cleaned.Noise is always very minimal. It's well lit when coming in at night. I must say that I always felt safe, but still kept my guard up.Most importantly, the property manager Kathy is AWESOME! She welcomes feedback and addresses issues if any. She responds to emails timely, and is very kind. If my husbands job did not relocate us, we would still be at the property. Lastly, they are pet friendly! They have pet stations with bags all around the property. With that being said, it's no excuse for animal poop to be left on the grounds of the property. The pool is always clean and never overly crowded. I would most DEFINITELY recommend this property to others.
Exteriors are beautiful, interiors are super spacious but could use updating.
