Turnover in management has been a recent issue at this complex. However, the assistant manager Kristian Taylor is fantastic and has done a tremendous job keeping the complex on its feet over the past 3 years! Kristian knows the ins and outs when it comes to billing issues and was able to resolve an error in my rent in minutes. I highly recommend seeking out Kristian for any residential issues and I hope she is put in a leadership position in the near future.

I came with my grandson to visit and was warmly greeted. There were so many people waiting that my grandson and I started to leave. A woman named Christian even though there were so many people waiting stopped to greet us and made us feel welcomed and let us look around while she was helping others. This place is very nice so nice that we mistakenly thought it was condos. My grandson is in search of buying a condo so after we realized that these are apartments we left. If they were condos my grandson would have wanted to be here.There is a wine room that looks like a classy lounge. If my grandson does not find a condo to purchase this will be his temporary home.
The maintenance team under the watchful eye of Earl, the manager is extraordinary. We love him and his competence is over the top.
