While this issue went on for a while, both with the original owners & with Oxford, both Ben & Bobby were great. They contacted me & provided follow up to that, when they came to evaluate the sink issue & perform the repair, they each were courteous, neat, professional, and completed repairs in a timely manner. We lived at Rivers Edge for about a year and enjoyed it very much. The grounds are well kept, everyone was friendly, and the apartments were well kept. It's very close to Walmart (5 minutes walk). There are two dog areas with bags, very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The negative points would be that the kitchen and bathroom were "rustic" looking. At night, it can be noisy with the road not far. And there are only 2 washers and 2 dryers for two buildings (about 12 apartments).
All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.
