Our 1BR-1BA ranch-style home offers all of the modern amenities you want! Enjoy our fully equipped stainless steel appliance kitchen with beautiful granite countertops! Each home comes with a washer & dryer hookup and central HVAC. Plush carpeting in the bedrooms and beautiful wood-style vinyl plank flooring in the living room, kitchen and bathrooms.
We allow up to two pets (cat or dog) with a 40lb weight restriction. We do restrict certain dog breeds, so please call for more information. Pet rent is $20 per month for 1 pet and $30 per month for 2 pets. There is a one-time $300 pet fee which is non-refundable for either 1 or 2 pets. Enjoy our dog park for a place to allow your dog to stretch its legs or take a walk throughout the community.

Country Club Farms is an age restricted community located off Hwy A and Country Club Road in Washington, MO. All applicants and residents must be age 55 and over to apply. You will be required to complete the full rental application and pay the required non-refundable application fee.
