This is a really amazing community. Now that the building has finished all the renovation, it offers something for everyone. The basement has a gym, bike room, and laundry room, both secured. The historic building looks beautiful and the maintenance manager Hector is extremely rapid with dealing with any kind of problem. The front desk staff is friendly and professional, and available 24/7. The location is extremely convenient - 1.5 blocks north of the Cleveland Park metro, 2.5 blocks south of Van Ness. Right on the L1 and L2 bus lines downtown, it's possible to get to work in rush hour in 30 minutes. Near all the restaurants and bars and shopping in Cleveland Park, and near Rock Creek Park itself - a beautiful tiny little park is actually right in the building's backyard. I particularly like joining the runners that go up and down 34th street from Tenley to the Observatory. A real gem, not to be overlooked.

The staff are lovely, kind and very caring. If you will have the chance to have the Park view, it's amazing every season, from winter through fall, spring and summer the nature will offer you authentic forest green views. You can even practice bird watching from your window. Located just few blocs from Cleveland Park metro station, lots of bus stops, just super connected and commute friendly anywhere. A very diverse and cozy dining restaurants, shops in the area. I just love the neighborhood! Recommended!

Hector and Jackie came and told me I would receive a new fridge, I thought that repair would be what was done, not a new one. It came early and fit right in. Hector then tried to open the kitchen door but there is a very old lock on that door with no chance of finding an old key to fit it. But the point is Hector went above and beyond the call to help out tenant. We appreciate it. Thank you!!
