This is a review about maintenance - David did a great job helping me on 6/9. I made my request at night and it was fulfilled by 9am the next morning. Very efficient!
Adding that Daniel helped on 6/13 with a huge task of fixing the window that was open when I moved in (there are a few layers of windows by the living room). He did a great job getting a contractor to also assist and it was all done in a timely manor. He's very kind and cares about getting the job done. Thanks, Daniel!

I lived in Avalon at Gallery Place for 3 years (2019 - 2022) and I can't recommend it enough. The staff is friendly and always eager to help. They always have fun community activities and promos that really make you feel that they appreciate having you as a tenant. I really took advantage of the amenities such as the gym and the roof top with amazing views of the Capitol and Washington monuments. Their maintenance team is wonderful. Any maintenance request would get addressed and solved within 24 hours. The front desk staff is friendly and always happy to help. When it came to my lease they were always reasonable and flexible. The location is also one of the best in the city. Close to the Mt. Vernon Safeway, Gallery Place metro, Union Station and many monuments and government offices. A truly great place to live.

Location is central to all, great views from the roof, stellar gym, and the apartments themselves are very well appointed. What sets the building apart, however, is the extraordinary service. Weve only had to make a handful of service requests since everything is generally in great shape, but when we have theyve been handled quickly and expertly. Karimi has been especially helpfulhe can fix anything, and does so quickly and with genuine courtesy. We love it here and highly recommend.
Maintenance is always very quick to respond to my request. Fahim is professional and polite and always fixes the issues quickly.
