My fiance and I made a VERY quick move to the area a year ago after he accepted a job offer. We chose Arrowwood Parc because they had a great deal running at the time and were the most affordable complex within range of the metro. The apartment itself is relatively nice and has newer features; like granite countertops and hardwood floors in certain areas. The bathroom is also nice. Our only complaints were the complete lack of care by maintenance staff, the few issues we experienced within the apartment home and the time it took to resolve them, as well as the fact that theres only ONE dumpster in the entire complex (taking your trash out is a nightmare). Things were also breaking throughout our stay here; towel racks, toilet paper holders, microwave handles, blinds, all fell off and/or broke and were ignored by maintenance staff when they would come in to fix other things. The staff here has completely changed since we moved in a year ago, and very much so for the better. We did not renew our lease as we relocated again, but overall, Lerner Arrowwood Parc is worth checking out and giving a chance. Thank you for making our move to the area an overall positive one!

We are a group of friends who live in this community since may 2016. This place is awesome and the environment is clean and pleasant. There is a plenty of parking space available for visitors. This is an awesome place to live in.
