Either way, please have ready:
Government-issued photo ID
Past rental history, plus references with names and addresses
Proof of income (recent pay stubs)
If self-employed without pay stubs: proof of on-time rent payments for the last 2 years and 2 years of tax returns
If you do not have an SSN, we accept an ITIN and ideally 12 months of bank statements
