My time at Avalon was amazing! The complex has everything you need, such as safe parking, a gym, and a safe location for packages to get dropped off. The best part of my stay though was the staff. Having lived in many places, I can say that no one was as responsive to my needs as Matt Andar. Matt was willing to help out when anything came up and so was the rest of the Avalon team. I highly recommend this place to live. You will have everything you need and a staff that will drop everything to help you in a moments notice.

I can only speak from my experience to date. 1. I love my apartment. It was recently refurbished, and they did a great job. The apartments are very spacious, and so are the bedrooms. 2. The amenities!!! The gym - Great equipment and well maintained. The Package Hub - I love it! The pool- I haven't taken a dip yet, but it's on my to-do list this summer. 3. The staff - PJ was very helpful and accommodating during my leasing and move-in process. James is so helpful and accommodating. He always makes it a point to say hello and, surprisingly, remembers my name! Kyle came in to fix a few things when I moved in. He was helpful and friendly. I must say the staff here are all great. Thus far, all of my interactions with the team have been helpful, friendly, and pleasant.

Extremely helpful maintenance staff!! Recently, one of the maintenance staff, Kyle Anthony Simmons, replaced microwave door (had a crack) in my apartment. And while he was here, he also helped with changing one of the blinds. Did not have to raise another ticket and wait for 1-2 days. Happened so quickly and smoothly. Thank you, Kyle!

I have been living in Avalon single bedroom apartment for 2 years now and I recently moved to a two bedroom apartment and this whole experience has been smooth. I want to thank Erica for helping us with the application process, and Matt for assisting with the follow up and moving process. Overall I am satisfied with my experience so far.

Matt, James, and the rest of the Avalon Union City team have all been great from the start. We visited many apartments around the bay area until we decided on Avalon. We're very happy with our apartment, amenities, and location. Avalon hit all the check boxes for us and to also have an amazing team is more than we can ask for. The Avalon team responds quickly to our inquiries and it's great to know we can depend on them for any issues.
