Thanks for checking out Westridge Apartments. We are a locally owned and professionally managed community in Tumwater, WA. Westridge is conveniently located with quick access to HWY 101 and I-5, the Westfield Shopping Center, and a multitude of shopping and dining options. We have 1 and 2-bedroom apartments. Our apartment homes are a great, value, featuring spacious floor plans, full-size washer/dryer, built-in microwave, and a wood-burning fireplace. Our community clubhouse includes a fitness center, indoor spa, and a seasonal outdoor pool.

I am now going on 7 years living here at Westridge apt. And I fully stand by my review below :)
I am surprised at the negative reviews. This tells me these people are very hard to please and want something for nothing. I have lived here for a year now. Any issues I have had (which were minor issues) were taken care of right away. Naomi our manager has been nothing but graceful and very helpful. Shane our maintenance and security is always a call away. Parking is not an issue if you do not have many guest coming in separate cars to visit. The only paid parking is if you want a garage or carport.
The apartments are very spacious, comfortable and as each apartment becomes empty the management is doing upgrades. The pool is always clean even in the winter when not in use. The fitness room has two machines, one is a all in one home gym and the other is a elliptical climber. The grounds are immaculate and well taken care of. The apartments sit close to the freeway, bus stops and the mall as well as many grocery stores. It is very rare you will find dog poo. The residents that have dogs are very good at picking up after, one would not even know there were dogs in the complex if you did not see them being walked by their owner. Mr. Tib and his owner are very sweet. Geesh, the reviewer that bad mouthed Mr. Tib and his owner needs to stop and think this is a 90 year old lady.
As for people staying late in the pool, this has not happened in the year I have been here. And I never hear any unusually loud noise from the pool area.The residents here are quiet and very friendly. The 7 years I have been here I have seen a mold issue nor have I heard of any. I would highly recommend the Westridge Apartments as your next home.

I have lived here a year and a half and am ready to move. Your lease will go up almost a hundred dollars at every renewal. The neighbors and ceiling are horribly loud and they keep me up at midnight sometimes. While I've complained a dozen times they've done nothing. The grounds are nice but this is an aging building and there are structural problems. Some of the office staff care but generally they don't and will screw you out of your deposit and raise your rent with a smile. Workout room a non amenity being old and mostly broken down. Good location.

By the far the WORST apartment complex in the area. The manager is extremely unprofessional and does nothing to reason with you. I had a neighbor that would not leave me alone and she did nothing to remedy the situation. I also paid $1,000 in deposits and when I moved out they said I owed - even though there were no damages. Anywhere else in Tumwater/Olympia is better than here.

I have moved into Westridge over a month ago and could not be happier here. After shopping around for a while, I was hesitant with my choice because of a bad experience I've had in the past. The property manager, Naomi has not only eased my mind with her excellent customer service, but has also made my move all that much easier. I love my apt. and have the nicest neighbors! Even they have nothing but praises for Naomi and her staff. I'm confident I've made the right choice and would ABSOLUTELY recommend this community to anyone looking for a great priced, beautiful apt. with the most professional and kind staff in Olympia, by far!!

BEWARE OF NAOMI!! She's the office manager and she will screw you any way she can she seems very sweet and I'm the type of person that doesn't have conflict with anyone and she is an inconsistent, deceitful, and conniving person. I lived there for over a year and they had extreme black mold issues in several apartments, they are pricey and not all that great. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy

When I first moved in here it was a great place to live. Then the manager began allowing dogs to live here, even though it was supposed to be cats only and they had to stay indoors. Now dogs crap all over the place and it doesn't always get picked up by the owners, but even that isn't as bad as the fact that all this summer people have been staying at the swimming pool for more than an hour past the cut-off time and then going back to their apartment (obviously people visiting, since none of these apartments have THAT many people living in them) and hanging around outside, laughing, drinking, making all kinds of noise. It wouldn't be so bad if I didn't have to get up early in the freaking morning to drive nearly two hours to work. You'd think the manager would say something, since the offending apartment is directly below hers, but this keeps going on and on and nothing gets done about it. Time to find a new place to live?
