The prospective tenant will have up to 48 hours to remit the Holding Fee if approved.
Payment must be made online via tenant portal or via, certified check or personal check
made to Springboard Property Management. The Holding Fee will be applied to your deposit on or about the date your lease goes into effect. The Holding Fee is nonrefundable, and will be considered liquidated damages since the landlord cannot determine the amount of rent that may be lost.
Move-in report will be completed by property manager and must be signed on or before the day of possession. You will be given 5 extra days after possession date to provide additional findings that will be added to the move-in report.
