I lived here for almost two years and really enjoyed it. Samantha in the office is great! She was always great about being available by phone or in the office. When I moved out there were no false charges or scamming. The only reason I give this place a four star is because the walls are pretty thin. The floors creaking above me were a bit much and I was very familiar with my neighbors music taste. If you can get past that it's a great place to live.

The apartments are always under good condition, as well as the pool. The maintenance workers are super friendly and its great when they have resident events

Been living here for the past 7 months and I really am glad I made the move. Manager Samantha and maintenance Jose take such good care of our community. They go over and beyond to insure it stays beautiful and clean. They work great together and things get done in a timely manner. My apartment is updated and beautiful and I enjoy coming home to it.

Currently living here. The property manager William is extremely helpful. He has gone above and beyond to work with me and my fiancee with so many ridiculous issues that we've caused. Swapping out roommates, changing leases, changing units, getting us new appliances, etc. He has bent over backwards for us. Also, since he started as manager the property quality as improved dramatically. He does everything by the book, and holds people accountable in a fair and understanding way. This place is great, rent is affordable, and it's generally pretty quiet and nice. Only downside is the old appliances, but they will be remodeling all the units in the next year or two.

Just took keys to my apartment today. 1bd 1ba 726sq. Very impressed with the service by the apartment Manager. She was extremely friendly and and easy to work with. She also made some great concessions to make choosing Foster Greens a no brainer.
Exterior of apartments are in need of repainting as well as dated appliances inside. Wish the bedroom was a little bigger as well. Apartment has a great view overlooking a golf course. All in all a great deal for what you are getting and easy access to I-5 and 405.
