The property manager here Ms. Katy has been very communicative and helpful. It's rarely seen even in the entire Troy area that there are such professional and dedicated staffs like Katy and Sydney. During my stay here life got into the way several times, but the management by Sydney and Katy have demonstrated the professionalism and passion to work through the hassles and make sure people would have an enjoyable and wonderful experience. Incite is a brand new apartment complex in downtown Troy. The property manager, Sydney and Katy, are extremely friendly and accommodating. They do an amazing jobs at keeping the community safe and fun, often times they will organize events with free food and lots of entertaining activities. To give you an idea of how amazing this place is: I recently got sick with covid-19 (rip) and Katy brought groceries and books to my apartment door so I could enjoy my quarantine safely. Lovely!
