This fully furnished and fully stocked unit includes all utilities and high speed internet. The condo is located in Trenton, Ohio, and is part of small condo complex of just 4 units. Everything you will access is private and not shared with any other units. It is a cozy space, but it offers plenty of room for a small family or any individuals traveling for work. Trenton is a quiet town surrounded by farmland. It's only 10 to 15 minutes from the interstate and grocery and shopping are nearby.
Everything within your condo unit is private and not shared with anyone else. The apartment itself is perfect for a small family or traveling worker.
Upon entering the unit, you will see the cozy living room. The living room features comfortable sofas and a large flat-screen TV with Roku. This space is semi-open to the kitchen area, so you can carry on a conversation with someone as they are cooking.
The kitchen is well-stocked and has everything you will need during your stay. There is a Keurig coffee machine plus plenty of coffee pods to choose from. Sit and enjoy your breakfast at the pub-style table along the wall with seating for three.
There is a full-size bathroom located in the hallway near the two bedrooms. It features a tub/shower combination and has plenty of towels and consumable toiletries you are welcome to use during your stay.
There are two bedrooms. Both bedrooms feature queen-size beds. If you are traveling with young children, we will happily supply a pack-n-play upon request. Both bedrooms have their own flat-screen TVs, dressers, closets, and plenty of storage space for unpacking.
*Note: There is no in-unit laundry available, so please pack accordingly.
